I've recently used CSI Group for my taxes as my accountant that I've used for years is soon to retire. He had recommended CSI to me and I was very happy that he did. From the initial call for an appointment to my interactions with the **** I was very happy with the service. In addition, my taxes were completed much faster than expected. I will be returning to CSI in the future.

My accountant of 16 years retired when Covid hit, so he transferred my account to CSI group. For the 2nd year in a row, they are way behind schedule on doing my personal taxes. I have been waiting for my taxes for 8 weeks so far with no end in sight. I have called several times and was told that they would try to expedite them, but never heard back from them. I will never work with them again.

Last year, my husband and I were stuck with *** Group, *** since our regular accountant sold his business to them. I was *** notified that our taxes were ready because my cell phone mailbox was full, and the woman in charge of notifying customers didnt have the common sense to call my ***** PHONE until a full week later!!!Due to that, my sending in payment to ******* was late and cost us money in late fees. THIS YEAR, for our 2020 taxes, I was told AFTER THE FACT that our taxes would cost over 66% MORE, although there was only ***** SMALL ADDITIONS to our taxes from last years. I told the woman I would pay the fee by credit card over the phone, but wanted to speak to someone in charge, She returned to the phone and said that they no longer wanted to do my taxes. The person in charge, one of the owners, outright refused to talk to me. I received my taxes back TODAY, 5 DAYS before they are due!I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
