Tom's professional approach and availability to help solve township and site challenge has built a very trusted relationship. AK Electric did an excellent job with respect to the installation of my whole house generator. They are readily available when it needs service, and respond to requests in a timely manner.

I would have given it no stars at all. This company was owned by Tom and Anthony. Tom the older guy was courteous and prompt, I never spoke to Anthony when I signed the contract. The job was completed in Oct 2016(outside lighting). The lights fell apart Mar 2017. Now Tom is gone(retired) and begins my bitter experience with dealing with Anthony. He is rude and would not honor any warranty that was provided in the contract. He doesn't care. The only time he cam was to collect a check and never saw him. This company is almost fraudulent and after trying to make things work for the past 6 months, I am moving to consumer court.
