They are disgraceful and unprofessional. I reserved a truck a week ago then get a call night before at 6:30pm they do not have a truck at this location or any location in all of NJ. The lady on phone could not be bothered.

I picked up my car in Matawan, NJ. The representative was friendly and fast. The car was ready, cleaned, and has a full tank of gas.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I reserved a vehicle a full week in advance for my father, only for him to drive 220 miles—expecting a confirmed rental—only to be told they had nothing for him. No truck, no real explanation, no effort to make it right—just empty promises and outright lies. Not a single attempt to provide a solution or take responsibility. They completely wasted our time and left us stranded. Do yourself a favor: do not trust these people with your plans

I would give zero, they are most foulest, impolite, and ill-mannered people I have every dealt with when renting a car. The woman behind the counter had an attitude, the minute you welcome in the door.

This office is something amazing.
Cars are always clean and new. Zero smells, mileage is lower than 15-20K which is awesome. All cars are in the perfect condition.
Always nice communication, great flexibility.
I have no issues with them for almost a third year in a row.
I even consider them as a premium cars rental!

They were prompt & polite on both pick up & drop off. Car was upgraded 1 or 2 levels over what I paid for through Costco. Would definitely use again when the car is in the shop.
