Asked for a basic nail manicure (no gel) to give my nails a chance to breathe. I somehow paid $35 total for my nails to look like this 12 hours later… I’m OK with the need to charge for services, I am happy to pay - but at least do a decent job. Super unhappy with the result and services.

If I can make this a negative star I would. Here is an experience that has happened to me and my friend.I recently had the misfortune of visiting Delux Nails and Spa, and I must say it was one of the worst nail experiences I have ever had. I strongly advise everyone to save their hard-earned money and avoid this place at all costs. Let me share the nightmare I went through.First and foremost, the nail technician applied an excessive amount of acrylic to my nails, causing intense pain. It was clear that they lacked any sense of finesse or skill. To make matters worse, when it came time to paint my nails, they did a haphazard job, smearing the polish and leaving it chunky and uneven. I had specifically requested a neat and precise application, but my pleas fell on deaf ears.When it was time to settle the bill, we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked not to pay for the subpar service. After some initial resistance, they finally agreed to let us off with paying only $45 for the acrylic. It was evident that they prioritized their own financial gain over customer satisfaction.As we were leaving, my hands were throbbing with pain from the poorly applied acrylics. Hoping for a full refund, we returned to the salon. Shockingly, the owner who was abit helpful gave us the full refund knowing they were wrong. How ever the nail technician made the owner chase us down in the parking lot for us to come back in. Not caring that I had my friend with me on crutches. They had me sit in the waiting seat for 15 minutes for them to take off the two acrylic nails that he had to fix and he took off all the color. Letting me leave with 8 nails with acrylic with no nails. It was in so much pain.The entire experience left me in tears, feeling utterly helpless and unsure of what to do with my hands. It is clear that the nail technician and the management at this salon lack professionalism, skill, and basic empathy for their customers.In conclusion, I implore you to save your money and steer clear of Delux Nails and Spa. This establishment not only failed to deliver a satisfactory service, but their behavior throughout the ordeal was unprofessional and uncaring. It is my sincere hope that they take immediate action to rectify their practices or else face the consequences of losing their entire customer base.Additionally I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Delux Nails and Spa. Not only did they provide a painful and subpar service, but I also discovered that they delete negative reviews, which explains their suspiciously high ratings. It is clear that their unethical behavior of manipulating public perception undermines the trust and transparency that consumers deserve. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and skeptical of the positive reviews, as my own experience indicates a lack of integrity and a disregard for customer satisfaction at Delux Nails and spaService: Acrylic nails

I have been going there for years. Since I moved I have been going to my designated nail place. Was in town and decided to go back on a whim. To say the lease I was very please with the services. Very clean nice staff. The work is handled with care.

Perfect birthday nails. Having these nails for 3 weeks and still looking so good ❤️ They don’t peel and don’t break. Technicians can do absolutely any design - you can go as wild as you want! A huuuge selection colors, add-ons and other things that I have never heard off. This is a type of service you will come back for.

Hi, my daughter and I used to be a loyal customers to this store from before when jasmin was the owner and now when Tiffany bought it and until today when my daughter went to do her nails for her birthday with her friends and they were so disrespectful with her, she called before she goes, took apt and went on time but after they start in her nails and took off the old color and start to fill, they told her the color she wants is not available, then she picked another one then they moved her to Michael (another employee) to keep working on her nails then he told her again the second and third color wasn’t available and they even couldn’t do the design she wants. The problem is they said all that in the middle of the process so she is kind of forced to finish nails there. Then when they put color she didn’t like, they start to be disrespectful and give her attitude and end up leaving after paying $31 for nothing and went another place to redo the whole thing and pay full price. Also the way Michael was dealing with her and her friends, yelling wasn’t acceptable.I am way disappointed that after all these year they treat her like this. At the end they should have accommodate them since they are the place had no color they asked for.This place was much better when Tiffany was working there. Let me tell you why you should avoid this place…because they are the rudest and meanest people you will ever encounter. As a customer paying for a service you would think you would be treated with human decency or even a smile but you are met with disdain and like you are a burden. The first time I came here they did a subpar job which before I left the salon I asked to be fixed which resulted in the man who did my nails to get very angry. I came back the next day and someone fixed it and since it’s closer to my house I came back today for a 12:30 appointment. I already felt the tension and was told they don’t put top coat over regular nail polish so I agreed to a gel top coat and Kathy became increasingly irate. She then made me look through the gel colors which I could only do with 2 hands due to a medical condition and neurodivergency and she was yelling at me that I needed to use one hand while I explained to her it wasn’t possible bc my brain couldn’t process it and she yelled “you taking up my time I have other customers” over and over again and laughing and talking about me in her language. Everyone in the salon was looking and I was crying and very embarrassed. Not one other employee or patron stopped to see what was going on. So I’m in my car crying after leaving with my nails half done. Avoid this place at all costs. They need to remember we are paying them for a service and they should be kind and professional.Replying to Tiffany:First, I was not complaining. I was just curious as to why my nails weren’t shiny. That’s a legitimate concern and not a complaint. I think as a business owner you need to be able to recognize the difference between a complaint and a concern. To be fair, you did fix it on the first occasion and I was satisfied and you did an excellent job hence the reason I returned. Second, I wasn’t late. Kathy was extremely rude and was rushing me and put me in a situation which left me anxious. Getting your nails done is supposed to be relaxing and the experience I had was quite the opposite. Other reviews have stated that Kathy is rude so this isn’t a first time occurrence. I always treat others with respect and kindness not only in my personal life but in my professional life as well. There is never ANY situation where it’s acceptable to shout at someone and make them cry. It is unacceptable to publicly humiliate a customer, rush them and then tell them “you are wasting my time” Your workers need to be trained on how to have patience because every customer has different needs. Kindness goes a long way. Your management is poor and your workers are rude, impatient and nasty. Your response is disingenuous. Best of luck to you!Service: Acrylic nails

The absolute worst pedicure I’ve ever had. I have doubts she even had an aesthetician license. She works the front desk. I mean. Not even like a minute massage. Horrible job. I tipped her out of guilt. Will never go back. The first and last time I will go.

Never again will I waste my time with with place. My tech never listened to what I wanted and she was mean and rude the whole time. She constantly kept cutting me which is what is pictured. A few of my nails aren't even the same shape and I wanted them cut back a little bit and she didn't even do that! I went because so many people I know love it here and this has been one of the worst experiences of my life at a nail salon. I hope the owner realizes that their workers reflect how business is handled.
