I’ve been going to Cindy for a few years now and I won’t go anywhere else.. besides the great manicures and pedicures I get , I love the atmosphere and how the whole family embraces their clients!!!.

Every time I am in the area this is my favorite nail salon. Tom, Cindy & the entire staff are proficient & provide excellent service. They are friendly and always make sure you are happy with the service.

I called last minute for a same day appointment and they happily fit me in. The place is clean and relaxing. Staff is extremely friendly. I am very pleased with how my pedicure and dip powder manicure came out. I even noticed when I was done that the polish on my toes wasn't really a match to my nails and the girl who did my nails had no problem putting a coat of the color that matched my nails better on my toes. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend them!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. By far the worst Gel manicure I have ever received. I get manicures very frequently and today I decided to try a new place at Citi Nails. I had Kelly take off my last gel set and apply the new set in a max of 30 mins and it was a sloppy job. Attached is an image of my nails, I got my manicure 6 hours ago. Didn't do anything crazy in the meantime, just took a nap and this is what happened. Would not recommend.

my appointment for a pedicure and full acrylics was at 3pm ...they told me someone would be right with me. i had to sit and wait for 30 mins just to have a 15 min pedicure that didn't even turn good... i told them i would reschedule for my acrylics because i was already there longer than i should've been just waiting for my pedicure that i now have to fix because the girl literally painted them and cleaned them up a little and left me alone and went back into the break room. didn't even check on me once...i didn't even want to wait for my nails to dry i was so put off. i told them i would call back to reschedule my acrylics which i won't be doing now after what i experienced. absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone and my reason being is they are always behind schedule, the job they do isn't worth the price and lastly i feel like i just wasted my time and money. overall i had to wait 35 mins just to get a pedicure that took 15 and i felt rushed the whole service. do not go here if you're looking for time to relax or have good looking nails. they need more people working there especially experienced employees!! $30 down the drain. i will not be returning.

The place was very clean. Lots of choices for colors. I got a gel set. Good pricing. Only issue I had was my cuticles were never removed. The nail shape was not my favorite. I asked for More narrow but didn’t get it. The nails weren’t cleaned up so I had gel nail polish all over. Overall it was an okay experience. Picture below is 6 days later so I was able to clean area.Service: Gel manicure

A wonderful salon dedicated to excellence that is nicely appointed, relaxing, and very clean. I called this place, and a male person got on the phone and was very rude and dismissive. And this is before I even got into what I wanted... Then he hung up on me. I called back. I wanted to bring my disabled family member to his store to get their nails done and he said he didn't want to help. Then he hung up on me again. Do they even want business? STAY AWAY.

the person who did my nails was incredible. i was going to another nail salon in the area which was much more expensive. however, they had the same great quality for less expensive. i will definitely be going back here.
