I was saddened to learn of Dr. L's retirement and uncertain about what to expect from the new doctor. However, I can confidently say that any concerns are unfounded. Dr. “whose name I find challenging to spell, “exceeded all expectations. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism, a friendly demeanor, and provided an outstanding overall experience. Her approach to patient care makes visiting the eye doctor a pleasure. Wishing the team great success in the new office. Thank you all!

The entire process was made easy by a great team. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. When I enquired about contact lens and the fact I would need readers, Ai was told about new, multifocal lens. Had no idea that was possible, been alot of years since my last pair. I was given a trial pair and was able to see everything. Up close, far away and able to read. Amazing! Caroline picked out a very stylish pair of frames and opted for progressive lens so she will be able to look at computer, read and see distance with all same glasses. My wife and I had a great experience, thank you very much.

I was having trouble seeing out of my left eye. Dr Patel was very gentle but firm as she informed me of what was wrong. She called her contacts and got me an appointment with a retina specialist within 90 minutes! Her diagnosis and recommendations were spot on and her quick actions helped to save my sight! She impressed me greatly.

There was hardly any wait. The staff and doctor were extremely nice and they were very helpful picking out the perfect glasses for my face. The place is clean and bright.
