The worst service in thus CVS. Very rude and unproffesional staff. It seems like some of them dont even understand the layout of their website and how to operate it. Every time there is a problem of some sort. No one communicates. Rude rude

This cvs does not have enough staff at the pharmacy. The pharmacy never answers the phone and if they have trouble with your insurance they just don't fill your prescription . And seem annoyed if you try to ask about it. Mostly because they are always way too busy . Cvs has an app which is great but if you see that they are having an issue with your prescription where it \\\"processing \\\" for days, you can't call the pharmacy to ask about it. because they do not answer. The 2 people that I always see working there are obviously overworked. I have to assume its because they are understaffed. Everyone there seems miserable and unhappy and I don't blame them. The woman and man who usually work the drive up window try their very best to smile but you can tell\\nthat they are overworked and tired ... this isn't their fault. It is cvs as a whole...the only reason I go there is because that is the only pharmacy under my insurance..

Pharmacy staff doesn't seem to care or put much effort into their jobs. I had prescriptions transfered from another cvs because my mother was unable to travel to the one she goes to in morganville. They neglected to tell me or my mom that 1 of the medications was out of stock. Instead of offering to call another cvs to help solve the problen, the Technician told me to do that if I wanted or try back on in 2 days. Lazy staff unfortunately shows that CVS could care less about their patients

Been here several times for my prescriptions, always clean, staff always nice, store is keeping guests 12 feet apart and have wipes available in multiple locations, convenient to Oldbridge, Hazlet, Parlin, Sayreville, South Amboy, right off 34 and 35 or exit 120 GSP
