Another customer and I were speaking about the vaccines for Covid being administered to children and I said how I think it’s wrong, no, the exact word I chose was criminal. If you could see the look on the nerdy male liberal pharmacists face, if looks could kill, it was like the guy was so insulted that he wanted to go outside and duke it out. He looked at me like I am the crazy one. How do these people justify giving it to children in 2023. Literally every other country has stopped them for kids because kids can handle Covid and the side effects are far more dangerous. This is no longer conspiracy theory stuff. It’s proven with the data. Plus… They admitted it in internal docs that it causes heart issues!!! This guy needs to read more about what he has such strong opinions on (rather than trust pharmaceutical reps) before he sticks another Covid vaccine in a child’s arm! You sir ARE a criminal if you believe that is okay! And CVS is scum if they think that mRNA vax should still be mass administered to children. Btw, I have 4 kids and they have received every other vaccine.

Avoid this Store.... Using global backorder as their all encompassing excuse for refusal to provide meds as prescribed. No excuse as the meds were EASILY purchased at another CVS and other competitors. Argumentative and downright incompetent and Nasty employees... Buy your scripts elsewhere...

ATTENTION CVS CORPORATION!If you treat your employees with respect and dignity, then they will, in turn, treat the customers likewise. Instead, you work your pharmacy staff like beasts of burden and I assume that they are undercompensated as well. I encourage the staff to STRIKE!!!

The management of this place is incredibly poor. Despite being a loyal customer for years, I've witnessed a steady decline in their services. The long lines, staff shortages, and prolonged waiting times have become unbearable. I might have tolerated these issues, but the staff's attitude is what truly appalls me. To illustrate, I brought my terrified 3-year-old and 5-year-old for flu vaccines. Shockingly, the pharmacy tech withdrew from giving the shot, leaving my kids scared and in tears. Adding insult to injury, another pharmacy employee strolled by, rolling her eyes in indifference. The only helpful person was the main pharmacist, I think his name is Stan, who was genuinely helpful. Avoid this place..

As you can see the reviews speak for themselves. Don’t go to this pharmacy even if it’s the only close one ! It’s not worth it ! You can’t even get them on the phone and God forbid they make a mistake with your prescription and they will ask you to drive to the back of the line so they can fix it ! Several times I’ve had to argue about my meditation. As for someone with a severe breathing condition it’s sad that this place is only focused on their pay check and not doing their actual job . Thank God karma is real because what you do to others will only come back to you tenfold !

Believe the reviews. I have never left a negative review on anything online before but if this helps any people decide to go elsewhere it's worth saying. There is one older pharmacy tech who is kind and helpful and cheerful, but she is the only one out of the entire team. Everyone else seems overworked and miserable, and deeply unhappy to be helping you. I've gone to other CVS pharmacies and had wonderful experiences there with proactive, friendly staff and great communication, which leads me to think it's this specific location.Each time I've gone in there's been a problem. I've been contacted about having a refill ready and arrived only to find out it's not available or the script isn't filled. They've been out of several meds I need and always have difficulty finding my information when it's time to pay unless I have the rx number with me. I tried transferring over to another local pharmacy and they said they were hung up on once, only received half the requested scripts, and I had to ask my provider to send them new ones. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.

I pick up meds there very slow and have had issues. Meds not available even when have been emailed ready for pick up and not very friendly staff

This cvs is terrible .I have given them so many chances .They mess up my medications all the time.They always say they have to order ,but dint know when it will come in.I have been left with out my mudicine.I never write reviews and complain .But this has me so mad for myself and people that need their medicine

Tried calling the pharmacy 3 times and each time got hung up on. Didnt get the chance to speak to anyone after having an issue with my prescription.

Doda was very kind, enthusiastic, and patient as she explained all the great ways we can save money through CarePass and the CVS apps. As regulars at this location, this makes us very happy to be saving so much! Thank you!

This the WORST CVS I have ever been to. The Pharmacy staff, especially the Pharmacist is terrible. They hate their jobs and it shows, it’s crystal clear. I will never fill an RX here again, I won’t even go in there for cotton balls if I can help it. I say close it down, and it a start over!!! I feel like that’s the only way this place would EVER be acceptable to have customers again.

I got my 2 COVID vaccines and first booster at CVS. Now CVS won't let me schedule my next booster because they require me to do it online and they don't allow me to do it online unless I open an account. Every time I try to patronize CVS, they force me to go across the street to Walgreens!

The main pharmacist totally avoided any communication for about 30 minutes while I was waiting by the drop off desk, I felt like she was maybe on some type of medication as she was unfocused and giving the wrong information

Had an appointment for a Covid test. Showed up on time through the drive through but was told their systemWas down and had to go back. The guy was soooo rude when we went back, practically threw the test kit at us and mumbled the instructions so fast & low. My husband got nervous & spilled the fluid from the kit all over his lap. Felt bad for the 10 cars behind us waiting in the drivethrough. Worst service ever! No people skills!!!
