GPS is an absolute life saver. I have an outdated (by 18 years plus) low grade Delta 3 knob shower faucet that broke. If I was unable to rebuild the inside of the faucet then the only recourse would've been to bust open the wall and redo everything, which I wasn't ready to do at this time. I brought the pile of broken parts to the counter and they were able to find me a part that would solve my problem and helped explain how it worked. Not only that, but a customer (that I assume was a plumber or some other tradesman) jumped in and helped detail even further. At first glance the place caters to the professional, but I wasn't made to feel any less than those who knew what they were doing and I was able to fix the emergency with their help. Can't thank GPS enough!

Since there isn't a zero, I'll have to give it a 1. Spent over $6K on overpriced materials for my bathroom. At the end, I was told we didn't pay for the grab rails. When we had the receipt and it showed that we did pay for them, the $60 became a 'delivery charge'. SCAM!! This is when the parts weren't even in yet and we had to pick up the rest of the items. THEN, when I told them I am giving them a bad review, Maryanne accused me of "threatening her with disgusting language". When my son returned to pick up the two remaining parts, she pushed him out the door. He told her, "You shouldn't wave customers out of the door, but she said, "Go on now!" Outrageous experience! Don't waste your time getting ripped off dealing with their subpar customer service, high prices and scam tactics. Plus, their selection is substandard. Maryanne should be fired for her actions.

I went to showroom to place an order. I walked in and was not acknowledged. Just stood there. Finally got the ladies attention, which you could tell she didn't want to be bothered. I asked her to check into a tub surround for me as I had purchased a few over the years for building. She immediately told me we don't carry that anymore. Without looking. I walked out and called another GPS store that I use. Within a few minutes he researched my account and ordered me a new tub surround. Unfortunately this is not the first time I went into the show room and did not receive customer service. However if you need parts their parts people are fabulous, showroom is horrible absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time.

horrible customer service. I stood there waiting to be helped and it was like i was invisible. Then I got her attention and what I was asking for took a little research. I have been going to gps stores for years but not particularly this store. So I want to order a tub surround. She told me without looking we cant get that anymore. I walked out. Called another GPS store that I use and it was ordered in a few minutes. Sorry to say I know a few people that have had problems with the showroom side.

All of the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Lori greatly assisted us on two days so far - even with some mishaps on our end. She was quick to make the corrections we needed without any hesitation. She is very knowledgeable and brought up points we didn't think about. She answered all of our questions and made for an easy shopping experience for our bathroom renovation. Thank you!

Initial experience when picking out the fixtures was somewhat pleasant and then it was all downhill from there. I was told approximately two weeks for everything. It took about two months to get most of the items and over four months to get the rest. I understand that everything is delayed due to COVID, but that excuse is getting old. When I called they would say, "two weeks" or they would say that they had to call the dealer to find out when the item would be in and that they would call me back to let me know. They never call back and when you call them they give attitude as if I was bothering them. Also a lot of confusion when I was asking about the status and I was even questioned if I had actually ordered something. Not sure if it was incompetence or carelessness, but clearly no customer service whatsoever. I would never shop here again nor will I ever recommend this place and I will tell my contractor the same.
