so my mom and i brought our own nail polish and they switched the tops of the bottle and wouldn’t give us back our own nail polish. DONT EVER COME HERE

I've been coming to this nail salon for years. I really appreciate that I can walk in, without an appointment, and get service with minimal wait. Even during their busiest hours, the wait is not long. The quality of their manicures and pedicures is usually pretty good. I had an unfortunate experience today, however. I walked in around 1:45, it's a Thursday, and, as I had hoped, it was not busy. Two women finishing up manicures, no one at the pedicure chairs. I asked for a manicure and pedicure and proceeded to pick out my color. Because it was not busy, I chose to look at a brand I don't usually use, and was looking up reviews and for a picture of what the color actually looked like on. Admittedly, I was taking longer than usual, but I hate choosing a color and not liking it once it is on. The woman who was going to do my pedicure came over after a few minutes and told me I needed to hurry up because they had appointments coming in. Flustered, I started to follow her. But then realized, as a paying customer who had not yet started the service, I could walk away from this experience. I offered to the employee that I could leave if this was an inconvenient time. Again, I was one of three customers in the place, one now at the dryers and the other almost done with her manicure. The tone changed and they told me to take my time. I did proceed with the services. During the hour and fifteen minutes I was there, only two other customers came in (unclear whether or not they had appointments, but my services did not interfere if they did). I have attached a picture taking during my pedicure to show how "busy" they were. I'm not sure that I will return to this salon. There are so many in this area, it may be time to try a new one. If the owners or employees read these reviews, I hope they understand that they need to treat their customers better. Your paying (and tipping) customers deserve to be happy with all aspects of your service, from color selection to quality of work.

Horrible people here. If I could give negative stars I would. I dropped my daughter off to get her nails done and went next door to order food. I'm trying to teach my children how to interact with adults, be polite and learn to order/ask for things in a business environment. I thought this would be a good opportunity for her, but... she called me and said the lady told her the design she wanted was too expensive and kept saying that to everything my daughter showed her, so navy nails with white snowflakes is what? $100 what's too expensive, that's relative and an odd business move considering you are looking to make money, no? IM PAYING WHY ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT THE PRICE., DO WOU WANT TO MAKE MONEY OR WHAT? The worst part is that the lady made such a big issue about it that the other customers started laughing at my daughter. One older women said, if I was her mother I would say no. Well lady, no one asked you! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. Rudest people. #horribleconfidencebuilder #meantokids

Girls are great. Price is 30% higher than even places in colts neck. I'm from Manhattan and been in many a salon. This owner railed on his workers(mandarin or whatever) everyy 10 minutes. I can wal there (aspen woods) and for 3 years now been going to the salon be t door to shop rite. Wayyyyyy over priced
