My husband was there for rehab. It was clean. The nurses and aides were wonderful. They were helpful and attentive. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk through to the social services and physical and occupational therapy. Hopefully he won't need rehab again but I definitely would go back there. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the food needed improvement.

Most nurses are great when my mom became unresponsive she had passed out in wheel chair, they came very fast to help after I screamed for help…my issue is some aids act like patients are annoying them …and since my mom passed out a couple days ago the other issue is when patients press the call button it goes unanswered, my mom waited 35 minutes for someone to answer

It's OK visiting, but it's always a hassle to get into the unit. The bell doesn't work so you have to bang on the door till someone notices and comes over to open the door. I've complained several times but nothing has been done about it. Thank you.

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Medical neglect is apparent. Broken call bells, no attention, less than zero empathy, and it is severely understaffed. The staff that is working is so rude. I’ll regret bringing my mother here for the rest of my life, and she was only here for 3 days. We had to call 911 and paramedics took her to hospital. She developed sepsis, a bed sore, and severe dehydration in the 72 hours she was warehoused here. This facility will NOT care for your loved ones. The director of nursing knows how to talk around every issue that arises. If you care at all about your loved ones, DO NOT board them here. They would get better treatment at a dog kennel…. Would rate zero stars if I could. Multiple formal complaints were filed with the department of health. If you had a bad experience, FILE a complaint. This facility should not be legally allowed to operate.

The state really needs to investigate this facility. Our loved one was transferred for physical therapy following a two week stay in a hospital. It was immediately apparent this was not the right facility for us.Our loved one arrived on a Friday and it took five hours before a single staff member checked on them. At that point we could not even get a pillow - we had to go get one for our loved one. The facility is rundown, no working shower, rooms designed for one person split into two. There appears to be 40 patients on the wing with three staff members. Patients are constantly screaming for helping and pushing call buttons which go unanswered. There was no fulltime staff available for us to speak to from Friday night through Sunday. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but by Sunday night it appeared our loved one was suffering mentally from the environment. Our family member was transferred from a facility where they had been receiving 24/7 attention from a dedicated staff member solely for them. This was conveyed by the discharging facility to Complete Care. Complete Care should have made the discharging facility aware that this type of care IS NOT offered at complete care. Our loved one was left alone to fend for themselves whenever we were not there. After 48 hours we had to get our family member out of this facility. After two full days our loved one received 20 minutes of physical therapy which did not justify the environment they were in. This was a truly heartbreaking experience and as a family we sincerely regret letting our loved one spend even an hour in this facility. The smell, the food, the level of care for disabled patients is beyond words. Its terrifying other families would consciously leave a loved one here.Following this review i will be contacting the state and not resting until a full investigation occurs. There is no way this facility should be allowed to operate

I would highly suggest you consider any place other than this facility for your loved ones. Based on our experience, the owner has no idea how to run a Memory Care center. The "nurse" that called to run through medications had no idea what most of them were for, despite being common medications, she also didn't even know my family members primary medical condition. My family member received little to no therapy - she was housed and that's about it. When you call to find out why your loved one is receiving poor care - the owner and leadership will cite "poor communication" and promise to fix the issues. I assure you - nothing will be fixed. Also, the place is dirty and depressing. Feces all over the bathrooms and residents left alone. I highly suspect any positive reviews here are false.

Other than one or two nurses this place and it's staff are horrible. No one know what the hell they are doing. The state needs to come in and investigate.

I don't even want to give this place one star! They don't deserve it. My father was here for rehabilitation and this is the worst place ever. My step mom took him out after a few weeks. Problem with insurance and appeals which they wait until last minute to tell you but will give you a bill very fast. Ants, boarded windows, old nasty curtains, cracked ceiling and peeling wallpaper, lack of staff, miserable staff with the exception of a few ...shall I go on?? Yes I will... My father couldn't breathe and they wouldn't call an ambulance right away. The nurse said they had to wait for a doctor's order? Really? After the back and forth they called for him. He waited in the bathroom way to long until someone attended to him. What about the people in the nursing home with no voice? Very sad and I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. How does this place pass inspection?

They are rude, and cheap, all they care about is money and not the care of others I recommend any other establishment than this one. The new ownership is about as bad as it gets.

Administrative staff, front desk staff, nursing and housekeeping staff are all friendly and very helpful. The doctor and therapy staff wasted no time trying to adjust meds and get Dad set up with therapy. The whole experience has put our minds at ease.

This rehab/care center is the best out there. Would recommend them to anyone. Professional staff, aides, even reception. Love, love, love, this facility.
