“My go to store for shipping for years. All the employees are super friendly, so friendly I’ve gotten to know many of them and now call them friends. Rosanna really tries her best to help all her customers with their needs. They also spend serious time with each costumer out of caring that they get the lowest rates, insurance, proper packaging and that the item is being delivered to the correct address. Sometimes this leads to a longer line but it’s worth it. They also have a self shipping kiosk if you have labels already on your packages which is a plus for a quick run in and out if you have some returns.”

“I prefer this location over the downtown one on Main Street mostly because parking there can be such a hassle. This spot is much easier, especially with the Tano Mall lot right there.
The man who seems to be the owner is almost always there working and is consistently pleasant to interact with, which makes a difference.
Another small thing I appreciate is that they often open a little earlier than the posted hours, which makes it really convenient to stop in quickly in the morning.
Overall, just a more convenient and reliable experience than the other nearby option.”

I do all of my returns here ( and that’s quite a few! lol), I have also used them for business handlings and they have always went above and beyond to provide quality service. I go out of my way to visit this location as my delivery’s and returns have always arrived promptly. They recently opened a new UPS location closer to me, but the service was terrible, I will continue to bring my business here, Keep up the great work.”
