“I was surprised by the level of convenience this care center offered. Sometimes, when you are not feeling well and can't get an immediate appointment to see your doctor, this is actually a great option. Forgive me for sounding surprised, but it's the first time I used a facility like this in time of need.
So glad I did. I walked in without an appointment and was asked to fill out some digital forms and information. It was a bit cluncky as the system didn't work and I had to do everything twice. But that was the "hardest" part. I waited for less than five minutes and was able to be seen by a medical professional right away. In and out with a fulfilled prescription in about 20 minutes.

“I schedule an appointment a couple of weeks ahead. I make a early appointment because it has to be a fasting test. I am in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. In the past few years Quest has improved their system dramatically. It is very easy to go online and set up an account and schedule your appointment. What I like most about going to Quest for my blood work is that your results are sent to you in less than 24 hours, sometimes less than 12.”

“This place was recommended by our pediatrician for our 1 year old's first bloodwork since birth. We were a bit worried about how she'd handle it, but thanks to the technicians it went great! The whole process took under 20 minutes, which was fantastic. They were really good with our toddler and found a good vein right away. We'll definitely come back here next time.”

“The person taking my blood was not careful and it hurt quite a bit and she did a lousy job with the bandage. Blood was streaming down my arm. Another worker had to clean my arm and re-bandage my arm.”

“My Gastroenterologist ordered a stool sample test very shortly before a 3 week trip out of the country. I called the lab and spoke to Carlos about getting the results as quickly as possible in case I needed medication before I left. Carlos went above and beyond to get the results and called me back a few times to keep me informed of the progress. I did need medication and because of Carlos I was able to go on my trip with medication.”
