Matt put my husband at ease AND allowed me to explain my paperwork. He was patient and knowledgeable. We had our results in less than 12 hrs. Thank you Quest.”
“Waited a long time, between waiting room and exam room. Had an appointment. waited one half hour in waiting room. Waited for 15 minutes in exam room probably longer. the nurse was very prompt and nice. The practitioner was nice, but wasn't with her long enough to form an opinion. Have to go back to see her or call her.”

“Went to LabCorp in Walgreens at Woodbridge today for blood work. I had my test done by Stephanie, she was very courteous and in addition, it's the 1st time I didn't feel ANY pain at all taking my blood. Amazing!! Thank you Stephanie! Blessings!”

“I had to come in for a walk in appointment for some routine bloodwork. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, which I feel isn't too bad for a walk-in appointment crammed in between other peoples' appointments. The phlebotomist that I had was amazing. She asked which arm I would prefer to use, which was great because I wanted to switch arms to save my left arms' veins from damage (usually I'm not given an option when it comes to what arm I want to use). When she stuck me with the needle, I barely felt it. She has an amazing technique. I believe her name was Christina? I hope to see her again if I have to come back for another round of blood work.”
“Hats off to Elaine, one of the techs at this location. Going thru couple personal things, was a little hyper this morning and she was extremely calming and professional. Helped out with the online info that I screwed up...hey I am over 70 what can I say lol. Had to call service provider to unscrew what I did and then went back to location. Dealt with a phlebotomist who was also very professional and kind...forgot to ask her name. The place is immaculately clean, the staff friendly vs some other labs that I have had to deal with over the years. Again, thanks Elaine for being the person you are.”

“I scheduled an afternoon appointment. The electronic sign-in worked well but it was not recognizing the Q-R code. I was called in maybe 15 seconds after completing the sign-in process. I was the only person in the waiting room at that time, which was great - no wait! Henna the tech was so nice and her blood draw technique was very good! She used a small needle and I didn't even have to ask. Going to labs in Freehold (especially the Quest in Freehold) is always a nightmare for me because the staff there are the nastiest I've ever encountered. I am a nurse so I realize how important it is for staff to be skilled as well as pleasant, which unfortunately is not always the case. It was a pleasure to experience not one problem at the East Brunswick location. Please thank Henna - she made the visit for me easy and pleasant! I will definitely return to the Quest at the East Brunswick location. Thank you!”
“This is my preferred Labcorp but appointments are hard to come by so I usually do a “walk in”.It opens at 7 AM, I arrived at 6:50 on a Tuesday and I was the 10th person in line. I thought it’d be a nightmare to wait. However they opened promptly at 7, all 10 of us were checked in at the mobile kiosk by 7:10. The front desk women were pleasant and moved fast. All of the lobotomists are always friendly and efficient. I was done and out the door by 7:35.I don’t recommend going without an appointment on Saturdays. The wait is significantly longer.”

“Quick, efficient and customer-friendly. Came there at 7 am, left at 7:12, got results the next day.Try to get there as early as possible - they open at 7 am. It gets crowded later in the day. Also, after 8 am they require a scheduled appointment.”
