Everyone was very friendly and was in the shop for no more than 20 minutes fully anticipating over an hour. I was so impressed! Also very reasonably priced considering the efficiency of the services provided.

Don’t go here
Came yesterday for oil change and they were going to lunch
Came back next day at a different time and the manager was out so they could by do oil change agin so how is a business open but never open to do business
If I was the owner of the company I would want to know this

Friendly staff and fair price. They have never tried to upsell me for more services and I think that speaks well to their honesty. Wish the free carwash was closer but not that big of an issue.

Went at 9am to get a oil change a gentleman came out saying he was on break and will be back in 20 mins. Not only did they JUST open but he reeked of marijuana and proceeded to go back in his car to continue smoking. I always go here and they just lost my business.

I've been here several times to get my oil changed. I've never had a problem with the service or with my car afterwards. They usually do the oil change pretty quick, it's never been more than 30 minutes. On days that's it's not busy, I'm in and out in 15 minutes

I dread getting my oil change (who has time for it?) and for the first time EVER, this was the most seamless, painless & fastest oil change. I brought my work laptop in anticipation for an hour+ wait...and didn't even have time to open an email. The price was also lower than all surrounding oil change autoshops. Will absolutely be back!

I had an excellent experience at Mr Goodlube going in for a last minute, no appointment oil change. There were 2 people in front of me but I was out within approximately 30 minutes. Mike took care of me, and he is an exemplary employee who was kind, courteous, and informative. Excellent customer service.I haven't had a regular oil change place for my past couple oil changes so I have gone to various chain oil change establishments who have tried to sell me on a multitude of maintenance services which I know I did not need. Also, being a female I have also had experiences at other places where male oil change technicians acted condescendingly or try to sell me on things thinking I had absolutely no knowledge on anything car related. This was absolutely not the case here.They are reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges or fees. They also give you a voucher for a complimentary car wash at their Middletown location. I'm glad I found my new go-to oil change establishment.

Yes but I don't understand why everyone goes on lunch and there is noone to work in your car, it should be 1 person goes to lunch and the other one works ,What's going on in America and Customer services

Had the oil changed in my car. The entire process took about 15 to 20 minutes. The price was average to other places. The service people seemed nice.

Arrived early Saturday a.m. no line, took car immediately. Took less than 10 minutes. No upsell, which was quite refreshing. Full synthetic oil less $ than competitors. Will go again.
