“I cannot believe I’m writing a review on a post office but WOW. They’re seriously SO patient… SO nice… I’m befuddled. Felt like I was in the twilight zone. I simply had a package to drop off but there was a family ahead of me as well and the level of kindness and patience the lady displayed in helping them make their appt for passport stuff etc was mind boggling… I literally just saved this as my go-to post office”

“Small office but people there are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. There is no parking in front of it, so most likely you'll have to walk some distance from wherever you'll park the car, and the street is filled with "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs so if you're driving - you better leave someone inside the car who can move it without you or just ask someone else to drive you to this office.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about this post office. First of all, they are always so kind and helpful anytime I come in and need assistance. Second, I am still sitting here in disbelief how above and beyond Kim went to get a hold of my package. I ordered something for my daughter for her graduation and unfortunately when I got the notification the package was delivered I could not find it anywhere. It wasn’t our regular mail person and these things happen. I drove over to the post office 30 minutes before closing on a Friday, and Kim couldn’t have been more helpful. Not only did she locate my package but she went and picked it up herself where it was accidentally delivered and then hand delivered it to me at my home. This is just above and beyond what anyone would ever do these days and I’m just so thankful to live in this town with such amazing, kind hearted postal workers. I know if I lived anywhere else my daughter wouldn’t have had her graduation gift on time. Kim, you are amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you did! We love our Colts Neck Post Office! ❤️”

“This is my local Post Office. It is near so the neighbors do not need to go another mile to get to another Post Office. It is really convenient. The mails get to me in time almost without exception. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood so it is not as busy as other big Post Offices. Get to know the staff and you should enjoy doing business with them.”

They take the time to be informative to customers about the different options to mail packages, are patient with difficult customers and overall have a positive vibe. This is a major departure from the staff a few years ago. I actually enjoy coming here to mail my packages! Lexie specifically is always positive and helpful, but the whole staff is great.”

“I was in this post office this morning. Normally I drop the package and leave but today I need some help so I asked for it. The lady (Gloria) listened to my situation and explained to me the options. At the end, the problem was solved in a very efficient way. It's a great experience!
This post office used to be the worst around this area (about 7 or 8 years ago) due to one very rude lady. But things have changed dramatically after the lady left.”

“This post office actually does what it’s intended to do: mail letters and packages and place sent mail into a correct PO Box. Not all USPS centers can do this, at all. The older gentleman there, is top notch there. He should be a model and example for what the USPS should ought to achieve every single day. There are a couple cranky employees, however so are some of the customers ahead of me in line. Nothing is perfect. This post office is great overall.”

She was incredibly kind, helpful, and even had a great sense of humor, which made the experience that much better. “This facility is my first choice for a post office as it is not far from where I live. Though this post office can use an upgrade/ renovation, the older gentleman who works at the counter is super sweet and very helpful. He is more pleasant than the other female representative who works at the counter. Overall, the team at this post office is pleasant, knowledgeable, and accommodating. There are times I arrive at this post office at closing and they still service me, which is very appreciated.”
