Say what you want about getting/not getting a receipt or something, the owners know what they are doing, and while I absolutely hate dealing with packages, I feel confident knowing I’m in very good hands taking my packages to them vs UPS or FEDEX directly

The no mask was one thing. But the not giving me a receipt for a $1,300 Return was another. Was waiting for the merchant to tell me they never received the package. Figuring he stole it. Thank god they did. By not getting a receipt there is no hard proof you ever dropped it off there. Go to a local Walgreens. I’ll never be back!

I had some papers and a preprinted label. He nonchalantly put them in an envelope, added my label and that was it. It was properly delivered but I should've asked for a receipt. I asked for a receipt of my mail (a samsung trade in item). He said there will be a $1 charge for a receipt. I said ok, still he refused to give me a receipt and asked me to take a picture of the shipping label. FedEx should discontinue partnering this business.

I highly recommend postmark plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful and provided great customer service. I had to ship a fishing pole and he packaged it with the utmost caution and care and had a box that it fit in. Definitely the best in the area

The guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask. We offered him one and he absolutely refused! He said the virus was a hoax and it wasn't necessary for him to wear one. We told him we knew several people who died from Covid-19 and he insisted they died from something else. This guy is as disrespectful as they come. I'll never walk in there again.

strongly recommend against using this service. All they care is about making "business" on your transaction, will give you attractive initial quote, final amount may exceed it by 80%, would not mention any fee the receiving party will have to pay on receipt. Extremely shady. We aware.

The guy is not wearing a mask and is public facing. Stay away. More infatuated with his phone then people walking in. Slammed my box on the counter to get his attention.

If there was an option for no stars that is what I would give. First of all the owner /worker, I'm not really sure was not wearing a mask. I brought a package in that needed to go back to Amazon and he would not take it . He was the rudest person ever. I thought that was one of the purposes for this store..to ship packages .

The ignorant, egotistical owner/employee, who works with the public all day, refuses to wear a mask during a pandemic. When I questioned him about it, with my mask on, he said “I don’t need one. It’s all hype.” I called before I went to say that I had a return shipping label and ask if I could get a FedEx envelope there, as well as make 2 copies. I was told yes. Before I could stop him, the guy put my return in a plain white envelope from his inventory, and charged $3 for 2 copies and that envelope. When I told that seemed high, he grumbled. Before leaving, I asked for a receipt with the tracking number. He told me to take a picture of the package with my phone. I refused, so he begrudgingly printed out a receipt. He doesn’t really deserve the 1 star I gave him. I will never go there again, no matter how convenient it might be.
