Darlene Marino went beyond the call of duty, making sure to call and leave me a message about something going on with my account and just handled it! She just called to let me know that something I may not have even known had happened transpired. Then she pushed it to make it happen the way it should. Top notch communication and superior problem solving by Darlene! Provident is truly lucky to have her walking into the building every day and I was truly lucky that she came across my account today as a customer. Thanks Darlene!

Had a check that they wouldn’t cash because it was over $1000. Went to another Provident Bank with better reviews and cashed the check. They are horrible.

They have a lot of hidden fees they don't tell you about that is hidden in fine print and they do not communicate changes effectively. For example, they started charging me a monthly fee for electronic statements! They also changed the minimum blanace amount requirement and never communicated that to me either. They also don't take coins that we wanted to deposit and they were in the coin rolls too! I don't understand what kind of bank this is but it is certainly not for the people. Please avoid this bank for your own sake and loss of money.

Worst customer service ever they are not friendly and that's why this bank is always empty! I pulled my account and I'm going to Columbia bank.

Multiple Horrible experiences with this branch.. I can't speak for the other branches but the customer service in Old Bridge is Pathetic.. I sent a worker for $100 worth of 5's and $100 worth of tens.. They kept him waiting for over 15 min to send the can back with the same $200 worth of twenty's told him since he isnt a account holder that they won't be able to give him change.. Being a small business owner, I know you can't win them all. If a customer decides to stop by and use my restroom, I won't tell them to first buy a bagle and coffee.. It's sad that they treat people this way. I will never use this bank, nor will I ever rec. them to anyone.. Horrible..
