I cannot say enough about this public storage. Every time I have a problem or have a question Tara makes sure she does everything she can to help me out. Always stops to say hello while on the property and always has a smile on her face. If you need storage go see Tara!

Tara in the Matawan location is fantastic. I stopped in to ask about a rental. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was because of her I became a customer and remained a customer. In fact all the staff are great, friendly, and wave each time you see them. But it just happens to be Tara I often see sweeping and patrolling the grounds. The facility is clean and safe. The place is great. If you need a unit definitely stop in and talk to them

Had this place for a couple years, i work an odd schedule, barely able to get in the unit during the week because they lock the gate after 7pm. Also the cost of the unit is more than double of what the online price shows now, for a unit that I am barely able to get into, will be taking my stuff elsewhere suggest to stay away from these rip off artist
Update, moving out of this storage facility finally, all my furniture is covered in green mold, I’m having to throw away 2 couches, and dressers, some how my matress and bed frame were spared

Stopped by the matawan location this morning to get some information about a possible move in when my daughter comes home from college, I was speaking to Bianca who was so patient and thoughtful. She broke everything down for me even though I’m not ready to move in just yet but when I am I’m definitely coming back to see Bianca!!

I just moved out yesterday. It’s not a bad storage unit place in terms of the facility or staff. Everything is clean and the units are nice. The biggest problem I have is the price. They advertise the storage unit for a low price and will even give you first month free. I believe for a 10x15 indoor unit I started at 225$. Two years later, when I moved out I was paying 373$. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend on that alone but that was the only issue and it was a big one

This place is a joke. There's no one on-site. If you want to see a unit, you make an appointment. When you make an appointment, they no show and no call AND THEN, send you an email saying that they've been trying to contact you. While you're waiting for them to show up, you meet unhappy customers that tell you that they raise their price every 3 months.
