Guy with a. Beard was watching soccer on his phone. I gave him my card. He hands it back to me. I wait for a while and see no gas going in my car. He was watching his soccer game. I alert him about it. He then starts yelling at me saying it was my card that didn’t work and that it was my problem. I left and went to the gas station down the street. He went back to watching soccer.

Although this station costs more for debit/credit (2.39) vs. cash (2.29), I stopped here this morning justifying the convenience for the price. I always tip a gas attendant, but did not today. He was young, but had no customer service skills. He was on the phone the whole time, no greeting, just looked at you as if you were interrupting his phone call. He then was more enthralled with his conversation that people started getting out of their cars to put the hose back in the pump themselves. I was about to do the same as the amount of time after the gas stopped was excessive. He was rude, no "thank you" or even "bye."
