First time working out here and got an amazing workout . It was quiet and well kept. They have a great selection of machines and some i haven't seen at other locations. I'm certainly coming back.

Great gym! Would love to see a pendulum squat, they are highly requested throughout the gym community, due to the deep stretch and natural hip stance it provides. Please I am begging you.

Staff is friendly, and the place is clean, not crowded and no clicks. Out of all the gyms I’ve ever been to this is my favorite.
