My car got struck on Lloyd on a Friday night, a few hundred feet from Strathmore Auto Body. I had a flat and damage to the passenger side of the car but was able to drive the car into Strathmore Auto Body without the assistance of a tow truck so went there.
The next day (Sat), I went to take some things out of the car and leave the keys.
We did not hear from Strathmore Auto Body Mon-Thurs, despite trying to call them throughout the day.
I started hearing warnings from neighbors that they're slow to start inspections, won't pick up the phone/provide updates, aren’t the nicest/respectful, and don’t always do the best work, so I started to get weary.
When we finally got in touch with them to inquire about an ETA, my husband was yelled at, told that there was a lot of damage, that things take time, and that parts were ordered - but if we wanted to, we could pick up the car.
When I spoke with my insurance rep, it became clear that no work had been done to date, including no parts ordered, so there was still time to move our car.
We had the car towed to A&B Collision Key, who sent us an estimate is less than 24 hours and started work right away. We even received a link to a website to check progress on the repairs and just picked up our car today (early! Best Christmas present).
Unless you don’t have a timeline for your car repair and are ok with not receiving timely updates, I do not recommend bringing your car here.

Avoid this place at all cost. They left my car in their garage for almost a week with no contact or updates. I had to call over two days bc there was no answer the first day. When I did get through I was berated by what can only be described as a bitter old man in way over his head. They told me they ordered the parts on Monday but whe I called my insurance to move the car to a more reliable and less irate place, they told insurance they never started work and didn't order the part. This is you Warning do not go here, your car will sit there forever you will get treated like crap and get lied to.
Take your money else where you deserve better, don't let these people take advantage of you bc they can't run their shop correctly.

Mark and his team do outstanding work. They are professional and thoughtful in their work and how they handle customers. They made the entire process from estimate to finish easy and painless. We are a family with four young kids, toddler seats and boosters....a lot to manage. Strathmore made the entire process seamless for us. The car looks better than it did before the accident!!
I highly recommend Strathmore Auto Body and will use them every time.

Picked up our Audi and must say that Mark and his crew did an excellent job. Car had extensive damage but now both looks and drives great. Very pleasant to deal with and work was done far quicker than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend Strathmore auto body.

Women be ware!!! You will drive to behind a building a long way from the road where a man named Mark will get out of his car and take 3 photos on his cellphone and say you will get a call within a day or two. The only problem is you won't. Then when you call him he will lie and tell you he sent an estimate to your insurance company. Fear not he has done nothing and will waste your time.

Very easy to work with. Fast, efficient & friendly. Worked with my insurance so i had very little to do. My car was ready sooner than expected and looked great. Would highly recommend.

After an accident, Strathmore Auto Body made the whole repair process simple and efficient. As the car was still drivable, we were able to continue to use the car until all necessary parts were ordered and received. The repairs were then completed in a timely manner. They worked directly with my insurance company adding to an easy and stress free experience.Services: Electrical

Avoid it all costs!!! Typical I don’t give a s….it attitude. Explains bunch of junks that are parked all around. As soon as I have pulled in the guy waved at me to back up. I wish I knew where to park but there were no designated customer parking area.
