Not a good place for gel manicure. Had a bad experience with Ellie who did a horrible job and she really rushed and the whole process took 15 minutes. Waste of time and money. I will never go back there for a gel manicure.

Owner said they did LCN to fill… they don’t even have it! My fillWas done with cbd gel and was one of the worst ever. Too thick and uneven ..Sides missed… coming off. All different lengths..THE WORST … and they charged me $50 For that horrible fill and $13 to change my toe color. STAY AWAY

If i could give negative stars I would. What is pleasant about some one manhandling your big toe and grabbing it to scrape your heel during a pedicure. Worse pedi experience of my life. Not enjoyable at all. Hurtful in fact. Additionally polish chipped after a week. Woman a register said " next time we do better"

I'm pretty happy here. Since moving to this area I've tried a bunch of different places and I keep going back here. Friendly staff. The manicures are decent as are the pedicures. I always call for an appointment because they are a busy place. I do wish they would spend more time on the massage part of the mani/pedi on hands/feet, but it's still ok. Prices are great too.

Everyone is always very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. I always come to Sue's for my pedicures and it is always a great experience. Best pedicures in the area! Clean salon. Sarah's massage is amazing and my nails always turn out perfect!

The woman was talking on the phone the entire time, cut my nails short without asking, changed the shape also without asking, and 4 hours later my nails chippedEXTREMELY BAD NEVER AGAINService: Pedicures

Wouldn’t recommend. I told her I wanted my nails and toes done and after doing my nails she told me to come back another day so she could do my toes. Waste of time when I wanted both.

I went here for the first time.... An hour and 25 mins for just a manicure that came out uneven, bumpy and dull. My nail technician kept asking the owner what the next steps were for my nails as she was doing my dip powder. I Didn't even get my pedicure because that would've probably taken at least another hour. They were clean and friendly, but when I stated that my nails were not done correctly and I needed them fixed I had to wait two days to get another apt in order to get them fixed. I wouldn't waste your time because you'll spend four hours here for a mani and pedi and won't be done properly.

This place is awesome! The ladies are always so welcoming and accommodating for my crazy nail requests! Also, they have the best prices in the area! :)

nine times out of ten they will do a great job on my nails. they're not consistent but i would give them 3 1/2 stars if there was an option. they are very nice ladies, but the place is small and very cramped. i wouldn't say it was unclean, but definitely not as clean as indicated in the other reviews. bring your own polish as their selection is not very good. there never seems to be a fresh bottle and most are near empty.Services: Manicures
