The drs at this office are great the problem is the reception area, most are rude and not knowledgeable of the office protocol . When requesting a follow up or call back concerning a test done or referral needed it shouldn’t take multiple phone calls requesting said information. What used to be a great place for care, isn't necessarily the case anymore. Patients with a fever or cough, are only seen via a telehealth appointment. Until they can listen to a patients lungs over the phone, telehealth appointments are just a quiet to make money. After well over 10 years, it's time to switch providers.

I always have very good experience with DR Tran. He listen to me and give me right medication. He is one of the best DR for every problems. I know him for more than 10 years.
