HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!! Made an appointment on Thursday for break repair on Saturday, and was the second person at the shop on Saturday morning. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am and didn’t receive a call until 12pm. At this time Roger advised I needed brake pads and rotors and the vehicle should be ready by 2pm if I elect to have the work done. I never received a call so I caught a ride to the shop and arrived at approximately 2:30pm. Upon arrival Roger advised they were still working on it. After sitting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I decided to take a look outside to see if my vehicle was ready. The vehicle was on the lift with all four tires on and NOBODY working on it. I walked back inside the waiting room and a female (very rude and lacking customer service skills) rudely said oh it’s gonna be another 2 hours and walked away as I tried to speak with her. She then came back and I asked to speak with Roger. She replied he’s busy doing something else and rudely walked away. I went outside and found Roger who did nothing but shake his head and apologize advising his workers did everything he told them not to do (whatever the heck that means), but when I arrived Roger told me they were working on it but that was obviously a lie. Roger had nothing else to offer but my car keys and after 8 hours wasted I’m still stuck needing brakes.

Took my truck in for an overall inspection and Roger and his team did a fantastic job expanding everything and telling me an exactly what the truck needs. He provided a detailed estimate and informed me of what needs attention now and what can wait. This is exactly the service you would expect out of an honest shop. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Excellent service! Rodger was very friendly and honest. The service was timely and I was able to wait in a cozy waiting room with tv. The price was very reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone.

You can’t beat Town Tire for any of your car maintenance or repair needs. The team there offers service with a smile all the time. They look to do the right thing for their customers, are considerate, friendly and fast. And they have a very accommodating waiting room with TV, WiFi, snacks and drinks. Exactly what a neighbor shop should be.

This is the second time I'm using Town Tire. Great service, very honest and upfront about the price and the time frame. My daughter's Lexus had a nail on the side of the tire. Could not be patched up and needed a new tire. We first discussed it over the phone. I even compared getting the Tire on Tirerack with free shipping it came out literarily the same price as going through Town Tire direct, only they could get it one day earlier. Once everything is said and done the price and the time frame it took to complete the work was exactly as discussed. Will use Town Tire again if needed and highly recommend if you live in the area.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I dropped my vehicle off at this shop around 9am and was told I could leave it and pick it up in the afternoon. I didn't receive a call until around 4:50pm and was told my car had not been worked on. They then asked if I could leave my car there overnight or bring it by the next morning. I just took my keys and left. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ended up going to the oil change garage next door and was out of there in about 20 minutes. Don't even bother with this place.
