Came here for an Amazon return. I don’t have a printer anymore so I couldn’t print the shipping label in advance. The UPS associate who helped me guided me through sending the label to the store via the Amazon website.
I really appreciated all the extra help he provided. He didn’t have to go that extra mile but he did.

Well I'd like to say the store is good but, I just witnessed a customer that was treated so rudely by the staff for no apparent reason. She just walked in friendly and they were so rude to her. I just happened to be in the area and it's not the normal ups that I go to. Looks like I won't be coming here again. And then looking at the reviews a lot of people do complain that the staff is very rude and the owner or the manager always responds and says sorry but apparently they're not doing anything about it because they're still nasty and rude? So it's all lip service nothing's being done about how customers are being treated and to me that is bad business. And I can speak firsthand because I am a small business owner. Stop with the lip service and do something about it.

I'm not sure what happened at this store, but I come from three towns away to specifically go to the store because they are so good. And now, they are the worst they are the most unfriendliest rude people. I don't know who is hiring their new staff but I will not go there any longer. I have told so many people to go there and they all are now saying the same thing that every single person that works there is nothing but rude and unfriendly

Came in with my wife's phone to ship back to Verizon. My printer is broken so I couldn't print the shipping label. The staff was efficient and helpful. They had me email the label to them and printed out on their printer. The associate refreshed the email and printed right away. They helped me box up and tape so the phone wouldn't get damaged. In and out in 5 minutes. Excellent service

I came to the return some boxing Amazon. They say we charge full labor printer dollars each. I don’t mind two dollars but why they cheating the people.And also worker is very, very rude not helpful

I’ve shipped packages at many different places and the Matawan UPS Store and its staff are by far the best I’ve ever encountered, especially Youssef and Chris. Time and time again these guys all go above and beyond..whether it’s helping track down a missing package or running after a driver to make sure your package gets on the last truck, this team is simply the best. Their service and friendliness made me decide I will only be using UPS for my shipping needs moving forward. Keep up the excellent work gentlemen.
