Whoever is in charge of restocking this place is absolute trash. 9/10 times they don’t have what you need in stock. I have tried on every day of the week. I’ve never been to a Walgreens that’s consistently bad

I have to fill a prescription a few days early because I wad having a medical procedure done I wouldn't be able to driven for a little while. When I stopped last week they told me It was to early and I would be able to pick it up an the 26th. I called today and they said it would be filled by 3. I go there at 3 and it's not filled. They told me ten minutes and after 15 I asked what was going on. The manager for pharmacy who was very rude told me I could not fill it because it was due in a couple days. I explained to her that I was getting a medical procedure done and I Was was told I could pick it up on the 26th. She was very rude but not to my prescription and would not give me the script back to get it filled somewhere else.. People at Walgreens that work in the farm city do not they think they can do whatever they want and don't care if the person needs the medication or not because they have so many people that go there anyway they don't care about losing this customer

No one picks up the phone. Hardly have anything in stock. Pharmacy always has a wait and it’s just so unorganized.

I wish I could give Zero stars! This pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service!!! They just don't care at all , maybe they are over worked or underpaid , I don't know but they are angry people that just don't want to be there - horrible experience not once or twice but every time!!!

This place is horrible, with the rudest and incompetent pharmacy staff I have ever seen. Twice now I have waited on line while multiple pharmacy staff just ignores customers and only one staff member bounces back and forth between the drive thru and store line. I dropped off a prescription on Thursday, was told it would be ready by the afternoon. No text alert came back to the store on Friday, was told it was on order and will be arriving later that evening, no alert Fri or Sat, finally went back to store on Sunday only to be told it was OTC and they can't do anything else for me. I found it difficult to understand why this information couldn't have be told to me sooner, or if they canceled the order. I will never come back to this store ever again.

I would give zero stars if I could. I signed my husband and father in law up for a tdap shot since were expecting soon. When they got there, the pharmacy was closed with a typed sign that said "closed until 12pm for emergency." When they asked to see a manager to inquire why we never received a phone call to reschedule, the girl working explained there was no manager there today. This was 1/23/22. I suggest Walgreens look into this matter as the entire situation was so unprofessional and unacceptable. Who runs a business like this?! We will be scheduling out vaccines elsewhere, as well as our business. What a joke.

When you take 20 mins to help one customer inside and I've at the drive through it seems you're not making any attempt to be customer oriented. Not to mention 10 mins on hold on phone. They should have closed this location instead of the old bridge one

I've been a regular loyal customer of Walgreens for many years. I just had my covid booster shot this week at this store and was quite surprised when they charged me for it. It's published everywhere that it is free for everyone. In my case I'm also insured. I sent a message to corporate Walgreens but they did not have the courtesy or professionalism to reply. I saw online through the HHS that it is fraud to do this and they offer a venue to file a complaint. The charge I had to pay was not much but it is the principal especially when I see that certain people get paid and incentivized to get covid vaccines and boosters. I feel that I was discriminated against.

What's there to say about Walgreens Photo that hasn't already been said? It's a photo department inside of a Walgreens. To expect Disney World like service would be foolish. You print pictures, pickup pictures, do other picture related tasks all whilst interfacing with a teenager who would clearly rather be somewhere else.

Customer service did somebody forget to include that lesson , attitude is not appreciated especially after waiting on the phone for over 15minutes , sick and need my medicine waiting around for another 15 minutes with the only explanation is were to busy can't do anything about it. No leadership , no Management no customers simple wanted to add that I was told that my prescriptions would be ready in 20 minutes and it was over an hour before I was able to get to store and it was not available It seems to me that the Pharmacy lacks the obvious principle of organization but the service is get people the medication needed I know I didn't

Just go elsewhere for prescriptions. Pharmacists are clueless. With bad attitude to match. They ask you to wait whilst the prescription just sits there. A minimum of 30 minutes wait every time. I am bringing my business elsewhere. There’s THREE other pharmacies in Matawan. To top it off, parts of the store’s dirty. Just very unhappy with Walgreens in Matawan. My family and I have given up on this place.

Tons of photo projects, that could be done with in an hour of ordering if the staff isn’t busy plus they also have free ship to store projects. You can get your every day essential needs at your local Walgreens. The staff is always willing to stop what they are doing to help u find something or answer a question or two.
