We also support & mentor people new to yoga and also seekers who want to learn more about life & truth.
Yoga plus Herbs is a gem of a studio for authentic seekers who want to know the true origins of the practice. The teachers are amazing and Sanjay's breath and meditation classes so easily takes me into a deep state and relaxation. I am so grateful for this space!
