I must say wow, just amazing the comfort and how great my back and shoulders now feel, since we got rid of the i8 and bought a highend brand mattress, didn't know what i was missing for last couple of year's while suffering with your mattress, poor customer service and the hidden fee warranty.

The reps at the Mays Landing store are awesome. The company itself SUCKS!!! Little did i know that when buying a flexfit 2 base 3rd hand that it cannot be reconfigured. I purchased a i10 king. Friend of a friend had a flexfit 2 base they didn't want so I got it. Exchanged the bed for an i10 split king. Found out too late that sleep number won't reconfigured the base to have head and feet adjustments. And you're only allowed 1 exchange. Im never buying sleep number again

Worked with the store manager, it was a great experience. Very easy to get along with him. Gave us options, made sure things were clear and double checked our order before we finalized it! We appreciate his assistance & will be sending anyone who is looking for a new bed to him & his store!

spent 1.5 hours discussing different options for a very large purchase. conversation was geared on if i thought a queen would suffice opposed to a king. at no point did the representative discuss final sales referencing the base and that i would not be able to exchange. shame on this company for deception and the unwillingness to work with their clients.

I have been a sleep number bed customer for about 15 years. I was interested in an upgrade to the adjustable bed. I went into the Mays Landing store and was greeted by Benito. I explained my health issues and let him know what I was looking for. He was very attentive and showed me the different beds, explaining each one, and what its benefits were. Benito was the perfect sales person for me...We laughed alot!!! It's so nice to go into a store and feel comfortable while shopping for a big purchase. Ryan was awesome too, he assisted with my questions and was very helpful. Thank you guys for making my purchase memorable. 💙

My husband and I had the best experience while shopping for our 1st sleep number mattress. Ryan was amazing with answering all of our questions, listening to all of our needs and concerns. We wouldn’t have been able to narrow our choice without his guidance. We are so excited for our new mattress to come and to enjoy better sleep. They company is a disgrace in customer service. I have purchased two beds. When I bought my King in 2018 I waited a month for them to fix it. So that means I’m sleeping on the foundation! Now I have a deflated chamber again and waiting 3 weeks so far to get them out here. They are the worst for satisfaction of their products. I did love the bed when it works, but the bad over takes the good times. Don’t buy these beds. Not worth the headaches

Ryan and Lauren are really amazing. They both helped me figure out which bed was the right match for me. They helped show me more about the beds and told me what makes sleep number special. Lauren was super amazing and friendly. She has a smile that lights up a dark room. Ryan is fantastic. He was such a good, polite, helpful passionate person. I would highly recommend this store location to many friends and family!
