I visited this branch with a paperwork issue. Angel A. assisted my wife and I greatly and took much of the stress we were feeling away. He is well informed, confident, professional, and extremely caring. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

I've used Chase for close to 40 years. They are an excellent low price stationery store, their never-ending supply of free pens is much appreciated. Unfortunately as with most banks these days the people in the branch really can't do anything that you can't do yourself by picking up the phone and calling the overlords at corporate. The days of having a relationship with your bank are over. As with most businesses customer service is now non-existent and they figure that severely angering maybe 5% of their customer base is an acceptable amount and they can afford for you to go somewhere else. Which you won't do, because it's very expensive and annoying to move to a different bank, Enjoy!

It was my first time at this bank location. The two gentlemen bank tellers were EXTREMLY friendly and had excellent customer service. Very pleasant and would go again 100%!!!

Just tried to update my personal account information. Provided them 3 govt issued stuff for it yet still asked me to go back for an original of another document that I have already scanned and willing to forward to them. It has been a great hassle for me. Wasting my time going back and forth . Felt so annoyed and did not feel helped at all.Never going back to this branch again!!!!!!

Stay away from this branch!My business partner was opening bank account for our business at Chase but I was super far away from that branch. The account manager kindly asked me to stop by closest Chase and give them your DL, they just need to validate your ID and everything.Then I did! But I was unlucky coz this branch was the closest one to me.They DID NOT help at all. They just told me that it ll take more time than you think and we are busy now offered me go another branch.Terrible experience!!

I came here a few times and recently had a really positive experience with the branch manager Ingrid. She helped me address all of my questions/ issues with opening a new credit card and was professional/ friendly and timely. I recommend you make an appt. if you have to meet with a banker given the heavy foot traffic in the area with the Bergen Town center. Highly recommend meeting with Ingrid if you have some more complex needs.
