I AM BEYOND HAPPY! THEY FIXED MY PHONE! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, TRY THIS PLACE FIRST. Sales rep at T-Mobile wanted me to just do the replacement warranty for a new phone, but I was not okay with that. I wanted mine fixed. These guys are the biggest blessing. My phone was having connection issues to the network, they replaced my antenna for $130 and FIXED MY PHONE. The amount of relief is undescribable. Samsung please value your team, because they've did an AMAZING job. Thank you guys. 100000 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely terrible 3rd party outsourced customer support. They don’t communicate well, their English is poor, they don’t follow up, and are only interested in 1st call resolution. I had to call 4 times for the replacement of a Galaxy smart tag to find out they are not shipping a replacement (since a new one is more expensive) so they are refunding me my money. Now I have to spend more money just to be whole. This is a great business decision from Samsung but a poor customer service decision for their client base… I have a multitude of Samsung products and their products are relatively good but their back-end customer service is extremely poor…

I went in to get my Fold 4 inner screen crack repaired from this service center and the encounter that I had was really bad.Firstly, the local Samsung Service Center refused to honor the manufacturer's warranty, claiming that the device was in an out-of-warranty condition even though there were no major physical damages to the device. They came up with a pathetic excuse stating that they found a gap (damage) on the hinge, which they used as a reason to determine that the device was out-of-warranty. However, this was never the case, as there was no actual gap or damage on the hinge of my Fold 4.Secondly, they provided misleading information and pass the buck to the corporate support team(1-800), filing a ticket could escalate the case to override the local service center's decision. However, when I spoke to a corporate representative(1-800) over the phone after filing a ticket, they confirmed that they don't have the authority to override the decision that local service center had made.Overall, this local Samsung Center not only failed to honor the warranty without valid reasons but also provided misleading information, leading to a frustrating and disappointing experience.
