The day time attendant is rude. I come here for gas not a conversation. If you don't say good morning, the guy gets nasty and rude with you and will call you out on it. He wonders why I don't talk to him because he was rude years ago and every time I pull back in he makes sure I'm the very last person he helps. He wonders why I don't say good morning to him. This guy shouldn't even have a job. But because you choose to employ him, you lost the customer. I am not returning until I see this guy is gone

Pretty high priced gas compared with other local gas stations. Tight menuvering cars around pump bays.

The attendant on duty 3/7/23 11:48 pmWas disrespectful. The minute I pulled up he accused me of always taking long opening the gas and giving payment. Extremely hostile and disrespectful. He even threaten to not give me gas because I told him that he was disrespectful. He was confusing me with another customer and was irrational. I told him that I was recording his behavior and the conversation and he needs to pump my gas and treat me with respect because I recorded the incident and a regular customer who treat everyone with respect. He realized that I recorded so he pumped the gas and changed his tone.He realized he was wrong and I recorded his bad behavior and he tried to justify his actions.I will complain to the owner. The other two attendants are always nice but this guy was repulsive. I have my receipt and the recording of the incidentPlease record the attendant and save the receipt when you encounter this horrible man. I ask him to treat women and customers with respect. I know some customers might be disrespectful to the attendants but I am extremely nice with them. Attendants at this location do not wear masks. I complained to corporate. They had the gas station call me. The gas station claimed masks are not required outside in NJ. However I see Governor Murphy signed an Executive order requiring individuals to wear masks in outdoor public spaces when they cannot social distance. The attendant was talking directly into my open car window without a mask on. The gas station further told me the person works at a hospital and is tested regularly. Testing does not guarantee absence of illness depending on what day you are infected vs tested. Working in a hospital can be high risk to contract Covid. If you don't want to take this risk like I don't, get your gas elsewhere.

We stopped here on the way home from picking up our new rescue puppy Mila. The gentleman who pumped our gas was masked, quick and polite. He had a very thick accent and English was clearly not his first language - but he did not make that a limitation to his interaction with us.The gas performed as expected.We will probably never be back here again, just because I don't expect we will ever drive this pathway again. But I'll certainly visit a Shell in the future when I need gasoline again.

Check your receipt before you leave. Attendants charge for Premium when you ask for Regular. Shell won't fix it, but your bank might.

Guy is always rude and acts like his job is so difficult. Every time Ive been here he has given me a problem with using Stop and Shop Gas Points even though company policy says they have to accept it. First he said it wasn't working then he said he needed my credit card first. Clearly doesn't know how to do his job. The guys up the street on Essex are much nicer and know how to punch in your gas points. Avoid this one.

Whoever owns this station fire the attendant immediately, then lower your gas price. I stopped here for the first time ever after working in Maywood for 3 years. The pricing is incredibly high, and the staff is incredibly rude. Never have I been to a gas station and feared for my wellbeing. I hope the owner and staff read these reviews. Change or shut down.

The gas attendant named Mike was so helpful. I went to get gas and needed air. As I drove to the machine that gives air he walked towards me to assist me in putting air in my tires. He even offered me hand sanitizer after to clean my hands. You don't get that type of customer service from any gas stations.

Highest priced station in the area. No facilities. Just gas. Consistently. 25 or .30 cents higher than the competition. Come on Shell, give us a break.

Overpriced and every time I go the attendent seems to have a different chairty he's "collecting" for. Seems pretty suspicious.
