Would leave zero stars if I could. I waited 20 minutes on a Tuesday to see a banker. It's a massive building but there were only two bankers working that day and only two seats in the waiting area. Both of the bankers seemed to have computer problems and the line was not moving at all. After getting tired of standing I left.In addition, the bank doesn't have any water or coffee for people who are waiting. What kind of bank doesn't have a water cooler? Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have spent countless hours at this branch and they never get it right. I'm only here because it's my parents branch but I'm seriously considering taking our business to another bank. I have wasted hours weeks months tryingto fix things and one thing gets fixed another thing pops up. I've also also got gaslit telling me I was the one in the wrong, thank goodness I'm meticulous and Sadly I don't think it's only maywoods branch from learning acquaintances horror stories.

Would you like to have your money literally stolen? Would you like to have fees applied to your account left and right? Would you like to barely have access to an ATM? Would you like some of the worst customer service in the industry? Well then TD Bank is the right choice for you! TD makes Chase and BoA look like saints.

Very unprofessional customer service desk staff at this branch. Don’t go there Sunday. I wasted my valuable time more than 30 minutes just waiting for my turn.

I had such a horrible encounter with the assistant manager, Laura, after trying to make a withdrawal from my account earlier today. I asked her a simple question as to why there was a hold-up with retrieving funds from my account. She responded, “I'm doing my job, and don't worry,” With no explanation of the biography, she was typing behind the counter as if I was suspicious and trying to steal money from someone's account. Laura also grilled me as to why I traveled so far from home to make a withdrawal from my account and asked me the reason why I was in the area. I didn't know it was a crime to withdraw funds from different branches in New Jersey. I would highly NOT recommend going to this branch location to handle your financial matters because you might be labeled as a criminal. I travel statewide and never experienced such a display of Unprofessionalism from any TD locations. Just poor customer service!

Very unprofessional staff at this location. I went there because I had issues with my credit card. Once I sat down with customer service, Kimberley Ahr, the store supervisor, wanted to send me away because she did not have enough time to wait on the phone for their back office representative to fix the issue. It was not until I told her that how she has the audacity to send a client away that comes for help because she did not wanted to help. Very unprofessional behavior. I thought one of TD Bank slogan was to be human again. Instead, this employee, Kimberly Air, sends me away to the phone channel.

It is. Impossible to determine what time your drive thru opens for live teller transactions all you list is 24hrs because of your atm I have scanned this website up and down and cant find this information

Only issue is the drive thru is taking 10 mins or longer per customer. You shouldn’t have to be on line for almost a hour
