I brought a return here, normally I go to ups; however this particular return needed to be sent through usps. I brought the return with the label sent to me and when I got to the store they made me buy a whole roll of tape because I did not have the box taped on top yet. I have heard of companies charging a fee for tape but never of them making the customer buy a whole roll of tape. My package required approximately 12 inches of tape. This is the worse kind of customer service. They have these items why are you making customers purchase whole products is confusing and not very convenient for a shipping company

Overall … most USPS staff are not the friendliest people … I keep my conversation as needed … then I’m out .. I’ve been in Maywood last 3 yrs and visit them monthly NO PROBLEMS! the weekday hours can be an inconvenience but they DO HAVE Saturdays LATE DAY (till 4pm).

I had a terrible experience with this elderly racist white woman. There was a white old man in front of me who she helped with no problem. Even though it took her long to help him she was patient. Me a Hispanic women, she was so rude and nasty and even got into an argument with another Hispanic women there for defending me. But yet she helped another white person with no problem. I went in there to return a package but needed tape to seal it so I grab the tape that cost $1.79. I inserted my car to pay and she canceled the transaction on purpose and then she told me to watch the screen which I did watch the screen. The total was coming out to $3 and some change. She kept ringing up the transaction and canceling and telling me to watch the screen which I was but nothing was popping up so I asked her why is it coming up three dollars and something cents and then she gets an attitude with me and I told her I'm just asking a question because you're telling me to watch the screen and nothing is coming up and when it does come up it's the wrong price so she goes and tells me not to ask her any questions and another customer who was there which is Hispanic, told the employee she was being rude, and the employee did not like that, so she got into an argument with the other customer as well. She told us that she can do what ever she wants and told the other Hispanic customer to mind her business. The employee treated the white woman and white man with respect but she goes and treats the Hispanic customers like we peasants. This lady was so nasty.

The worst post office in the area. Always understaffed, inconvenient hours, rude employees, closes for extended lunch hours. Local mail men aren’t much better. I gave my postman a postage paid package last week and the tracking has yet to update. I watched him put the package in his truck so where did it go after that? We always get our neighbors mail, they get ours. No wonder people prefer UPS and FedEx to the USPS.

Don’t use the package pickup service, they’ll never come but send you an email saying they did. Unreliable service.

I was here to drop off a prepaid Poshmark package and requested the box or bag to self tape my package and was rudely informed by the worker behind the counter that I had to purchase my own bag. I tried to explain to her that it was already prepaid and I just need an appropriate size bag or box to put it in and she replied "No!" I also mentioned to her that I've been coming here for years and never had to pay for a container that was already paid for by Poshmark. I then had to drive to another post office to send off my package.

Just went today at Maywood Post Office 04/19/22 and the lady in the front desk was extremely with attitude! She even try to check about my problem issue with my delivery package. She just told me go online. Thanks I know that I come to you for more professional support. Never again at this post location. Go get some rest girl and give space other people to do the job nicely and polite with people.

The rudest staff ever!!! Consider getting more help on this issue fixed so that staff aren’t so frustrated! She liderally told everyone that f you had a prepaid package she was not printing out a receipt for them, now this is after I was waiting on line for 20mins!!!

I was at the post office yesterday and the lady behind the desk was rude and obnoxious. She needs to be fired or moved some place where she doesn't have to interact with customers. Just terrible customer service!!!

December 28th, 2021, 3:15 PM.Even the post office should be open until 5PM, woman at the counter decides to close at 3:15 telling customers her 8 hours expired and there is no replacement for her. Customers waiting in line to purchase money orders were told there is no money orders available because they weren't delivered to her. No sign was posted anywhere about that and she argued that nobody reads it anyway.Post master should scratch his head and ask her/him self how come that on Tuesday afternoon they had no money orders available and no scheduled personnel to work . These guys should close their shop and just go where they came from. Disgrace.
