As far as commissaries go this one is a good size with a good selection. Biggest grips would be self check people go through with full shopping carts which causes huge back ups. They can be out of stock of some items for long periods. Some items that are normally staples in the home will not be on the shelves for weeks or long sometimes.Staff and baggers are always friendly and courteous.

I go here and buy some of the same stuff I’ll buy at Walmart or elsewhere and I noticed I do save more and I make sure I use my military star card each time.

Today a cashier scanned my items while having gloves on he proceeded to pick something out of his eyes and look at it on the glove as he’s checking me out defeats the purpose of the gloves totally disgusting and unsanitary as i had produce?

Most products are over priced. The best part of it all is the milk past that selection is poor and some items are extremely over priced. Even if you add tax and gas cost from other stores you will still save money by driving a 20 mile distance. The vendors need investigated to see why the store is so over priced. The outrageous prices make JBMDL look bad.

I absolutely abhor the people who are hired to work in the commissary. I’ve been accused of stealing, of my card being stolen, told my food wasn’t weighed properly, and the prices are basically the same as Walmart.

Great, I love it. The prices are reasonable, not crazy inflated like everywhere else.

Go here whenever we go to the PX. The best thing about the commissary is that they have different foods from all over the world and I can usually find things there that I can't at a regular grocery store. Prices are comparable. They have bundles of meat you can buy and prices are great. Never knew until someone told me since the sign is kind of hidden. Wish they included chicken though.

Since Ft. Monmouth closed we have been shopping here roughly six times a year. The meat department is fantastic preparing meat orders in advance.

Great, CPA prices are just as normal as any other commissary. They have a good amount of self check out very easy. Come in from California used to love pink CRV which is very helpful

Haven't been here much since the pandemic, but stop in to gather some essentials prior to the first snow storm of 2022. Regardless of all the supply chain issues in the media the past month or so...the shelves were fully stocked with the exemption of a couple of items. Nonetheless, the store was clean, fully stocked, staffed appropriately and there wasn't any long lines. I also want to note it may have something to do with new management, so hopefully they are getting all of the dead weight store management which made it a toxic environment and unpleasant for the customers during their shopping experience. But they have lost some really good cashiers that made it a welcoming place when you were checking out.
