If I could give no stars I would. I don't mind paying a little more at a brick & mortar store for immediate product delivery, but this is crazy. Almost everything is double the price for thr same product elsewhere.

Good selection of gear and uniforms. Prices are a bit on the high side. They also sell other GSA products such as office and cleaning supplies.

I have never been to a store that would pass up the sale of a $200 knife because they were not allowed to sale the last knife in the display case. I also have never been to a store where the manager works only from home. This is the normal “you don’t have to turn a profit to stay viable” mentality that has infected all government contracts of this sort; this mentality shows in the employees’ attitudes and work ethics. I will spend a little more and purchase form another source to avoid ever going back into this store.

I regret not getting his name, but a young guy was working really hard, literally running around to assist customers. He had black hair, glasses, and said he was a firefighter. He even stayed a few minutes after closing to help me out. great service from that guy. very productive visit, mostly because of him.
