Customer service is horrible! You would expect it to be better on a military base but it isn’t. The cashier/assistants are rude and have very bad attitudes. I’m not sure if they get paid off commission or not but it seems like if you don’t buy something they recommend or try to upsell their polite attitudes disappear. Yo would think they would hire better for a military base.

Customer service sucks. Cashiers act like the a stick up their "you know what," especially if they can't up sell you on something. Sucks because you're almost forced to shop their if you live on base.
