“I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a post office with Elba, the absolute NICEST and KINDEST postal employee!! Elba is friendly, helpful and super efficient, delivering service with a sunny attitude! In spite of my arrival close to closing, she assisted me with a passport renewal, had me laughing and out the door so quickly. I really cannot say enough about what exemplary customer service Elba provided. All postal employees should be trained by Elba -- give this wonderful woman a big raise!!!!”
“I recently visited the USPS location in Bordentown and let me tell you, it was a rollercoaster of emotions - but in the end, it was worth it!First off, a big shoutout to Robby, the clerk who went above and beyond to help me out. You see, I had previously booked an appointment at another USPS location, but the clerk there was about as helpful as a paperweight. They rudely told me that the passport personnel was not in and that there was nothing they could do - talk about a dead end! But Robby, on the other hand, was a beacon of hope. He accommodated my appointment and saved the day. He's the hero we all need but don't deserve.And the teamwork at this USPS location is just top-notch. While Robby was helping me, another clerk jumped in to assist the next customer - talk about efficiency! I don't think I've ever seen such a well-oiled machine.To top it all off, the whole process took less time than it takes me to make a cup of coffee - and trust me, I take my coffee seriously.In conclusion, if you're in need of some postal services, look no further than the USPS location in Bordentown. With Robby and the gang, you'll be in good hands.”

“I have never had a problem here , but I don’t come very often. The building makes my allergies act up as it has a high mildew/mold smell. I have concerns for the employees health.”
“This post office is super quick with mailing packages. If you drop off in the morning the package will be scanned same day. The drop off box outside is made for more than just letter drop offs which you don’t often find.Most of the negative reviews are b/c of mailboxes keys- I didn’t use these so I can’t comment on them. Or incorrect delivery- this does happen but not as often in the housing I was in.Porch pickups only happen about 50% of time.”

“This is not the post office in my town but I've been using it for years. I send packages on average once week and will sometimes go out of my way or wait to mail a package to use this office. The only downfall is they have odd hours, likely due to having one employee. Postmaster Drew has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. I have the option of and have used 4 other post offices on my drive, but New Lisbon is my post office of choice.”
“Excellent customer service from Kelly and the young female worker as well! I go here for all my shipping stuff because the other usps locations haven’t been that great to me. This location gives me peace of mind that my packages will arrive on time and in tact! Very friendly and I’m glad I went to this location as my new usps stop!”
