How can you be on a military installation and be late opening. Delayed opening had you open today, Jan 11, 2025 at 1pm, it is now going on 1:30pm and no one is here. Employees should be in place at the time of opening or honestly before. So unprofessional and I will not be going to this UPS ever again.

The man that works here is consistently late to work. I’ve been waiting at opening he’s typically 10-15 minutes late.

Every time I go here the place is unattended expect when the Lady is working. If the old man is working. He’s never there. The place is left open I waited a half hour once and he didn’t come door is wide open, packages are out. Left then came back like 20 min later same thing found him talking to the barbers. Be careful who you give your packages to.

Love having a UPS store on base so I can drop off Amazon returns and what not while I’m on lunch or after work when I’m on my way home. What I don’t like is having to wait for the employee who works at the store to finish running whatever errands he’s running while he leaves the store unattended. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to wait 10 or more minutes for him to return from being gone or when I’ve showed up at 0900 and he shows up 0915 or sometimes later. If this location had a reliable employee who actually stayed within the store it would a 5 for me.

It would be nice to know this location is ON A MILITARY BASE!Therefore access is limited to those with access to the base.That way other people don't have to make a 20 minute trip, only to be turned around at the military bases' gate!

This UPS store on base is great. Sunny was so helpful and professional. He notarized some forms for us. We were a little confused about where to sign and what needed notarized and Sunny walked us through it. He had notarized the same type of form in the past and knew exactly what to do. He even told us where we needed to go in order to mail the forms using our prepaid label. We will definitely use this store again.

Quick, friendly, professional service. ??PS-Pretty certain all the whining about posted hours can be attributed to the AAFES "landlord" changing things up for their vendors.

12/19/2022 - Went to drop off a return, waited 45 minutes for one customer to be helped with 10+ items they were shipping. It took less than 1 minute to drop off and scan my item. I think a return line should be implemented for those not shipping items out. 12/20/2022 - Went earlier in the day to drop off a different return. The store was open and no one was there. Waited over 40 minutes with another person in line for a representative to return. Very inconvenient & unreliable, probably best to try the UPS location in New Egypt instead.
