I stopped by right before closing after spotting an Alani display through the window. Colin could have easily rushed the interaction, but instead he took the time to help me find my favorite special-edition flavor. Of course, it was buried at the bottom of the stack behind the main display, but he kept checking until he found it.
At checkout, he also offered to renew my annual membership. After the excellent service I had just received, I was happy to renew, and he even found a deal that saved me money on the membership.
Colin was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Customer service like that makes a difference. I’ll definitely be making this GNC my main location.”
