Spotts Hardware is a locally owned and operated Ace Hardware store that serves as a helpful part of the community. It is described as a great old school hardware store with a wonderful and super helpful staff. Employees are noted as friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and going way above and beyond to provide personal service, even helping customers get perfectly set up for projects. The store offers a great selection of quality products for basic home improvement needs, though prices may be a little more expensive than big box stores. The shopping experience is convenient, but the store itself can be jam packed with very small aisles. Every square inch is used for stock, making it a slimmed down version of a larger home center. The aesthetic is a little dated and shabby rather than new and modern. While the staff is generally very helpful, there can be rare instances where they are unable to assist with highly specific or unusual problems, such as identifying unlabeled light bulbs. The store also has a no firearms policy. Overall, customers appreciate it as a place to support a local business and find helpful, knowledgeable service for their hardware needs.

Staff is super helpful go in alot one of the recent times I went there not sure what I needed for a project at home and the staff member got me set up perfectly. Wonderful place to shop
