Operator raised rates beyond the actual posted price, cheated me 10 dollars. Luckily, I paid by credit card, and proved to him I should be given a refund. The attendant can't speak English, is unfriendly, and pretends he has no change (when change is due) when paying in cash. The station needs to fire the attendant, I think he is dishonest.
