The rudest incompetent pharmacy ever!!!Went to pick up prescription at 3pm, that was supposed to be ready last night. An obnoxious woman said, we are working on it. Come in and you have to wait thirty minutes..Forty five minutes later it was ready.Will not use CVS again!

One star is to generous. Have giving them chance after chance. Today was the final straw. Waited in drive through for maybe 8 minutes before being greeted. Received one prescription. Waiting on another while the young girl just ignored me for another 5 minutes. Pressed help button twice. Explained I was waiting for the other prescription which I was told would be ready again for the 3rd time. Manager comes at me with an attitude saying, what you want me ta do. Says to me well now you get no help. I then had choice words. This complaint won't change anything but I needed to vent.

The cvs in tabernacle nj is definitely on the ball. I needed a vaccine and I wasted my time signing up on line with cvs in medford nj. So 45 mins before my medford appt they text me to cancel my appt. They told me unforeseen circumstances. HUH ! Next day, I had to start all over again online!! So I tried Cvs on Tabernacle, nj. No problem . They had plenty of time slots !!! Went there, took me on time, nice people who work there. Cheers to this Cvs!

DID YOU KNOW that CVS HQ has absolutely no control over local CVS pharmacies? This CVS wanted to charge me 141.00 for a med refill that was 30.00 at my insurance pharmacy. I called the CVS HQ and they told me it was because my local refuses mfg rebate cards and CVS HQ cannot force the locals to accept. Just be sure you shop your meds. Prices can vary and it doesn't seem this CVS may be your best price.

Called at 9:30 am today 6/13/23 at CVS in rt 70 Medford Nj and spoke to the rudest and disrespectful technician/pharmacist in CVS. She yelled at me because in her opinion I was asking repeatedly the same question. When I asked her name, she said “ I should call later thanks “ and hanged up on me. Not only she thought she was in a park or in a road rage, she definitely should not remain in her position. Super inpatient, nasty, out of control, and disgraceful. People like her should not work in this setting. Looks like CVS has lower their standards in hiring unqualified personnel to work directly with patients.

The Hartford Road CVS was exactly what a retail location should be. The acting manager Nicolette is the epitome of how a location should be run and how customers should be treated.

Some of the employees in the pharmacy are just miserable. You literally must hate your job. If its that bad then find another job. Your in the business to help people.

If I could post 0 stars I should would. They are very slow and rude! I sat here for 20 minutes just now in the drive through & hit the button about 10 times just to keep getting the response “ I’ll be right with you just to get an attitude”

Told me to come back three separate times for a prescription just to say they can’t fill it and I need to go somewhere else. I can’t imagine anywhere else can possibly be as bad as this CVS.

Finally after going there for years, I will be switching my pharmacy due to the worst customer service at the pharmacy from the tech named “Dee”, her attitude every time I go in there is out of control. I also know numerous people that have stopped going there because of situations like this with this specific CVS. I have never written a review in my entire life but after today I am fed up. There are people out there that need and want jobs, and to deal with a person that clearly doesn’t want to work in an environment that deals with customer service is disheartening after giving her the benefit of the doubt numerous times.

I have no names of any of the employees because she denied to give me her name, but the elder gentlemen is the only reason I'm not going to corporate or going through the hurdles to get her fired. Now to be fair they were not opening until 2pm i arrived at 1:50. I had a prescription sent to another cvs location and wanted to know about how long it would take to fill if it would be worth my time waiting for them to open. My elderly stepfather simply asked if they were open, and in a loud and rude tone the lady says "2pm!", "well are you able to answer a small question" my stepfather kindly asks, the lady then says "no not really" under her breath. That's when I said that the attitude is not necessary and I will be complaining about this, I started to leave and turned around to get the name of this lady, that's when she denied to give me her name, and the elder gentlemen took all of 2 seconds to answer my question.
