The shelves are always well stocked. And I always find what I need. I don't use the pharmacy dept. Here so not reviewing the pharmacy dept. The 5 star rating is for the front end. And the front end staff who is always greeting you easy to find and always ready to help if needed.

Rachel in the pharmacy was very helpful today. She was very professional and got my prescription cost lowered with a prescription discount card without my even asking. A good day at the pharmacy today!

One star is to generous. Have giving them chance after chance. Today was the final straw. Waited in drive through for maybe 8 minutes before being greeted. Received one prescription. Waiting on another while the young girl just ignored me for another 5 minutes. Pressed help button twice. Explained I was waiting for the other prescription which I was told would be ready again for the 3rd time. Manager comes at me with an attitude saying, what you want me ta do. Says to me well now you get no help. I then had choice words. This complaint won't change anything but I needed to vent.

Great service usually always on time and sometimes early. Not very busy. Seems to have a hard time finding insurances though.

I have no names of any of the employees because she denied to give me her name, but the elder gentlemen is the only reason I'm not going to corporate or going through the hurdles to get her fired. Now to be fair they were not opening until 2pm i arrived at 1:50. I had a prescription sent to another cvs location and wanted to know about how long it would take to fill if it would be worth my time waiting for them to open. My elderly stepfather simply asked if they were open, and in a loud and rude tone the lady says "2pm!", "well are you able to answer a small question" my stepfather kindly asks, the lady then says "no not really" under her breath. That's when I said that the attitude is not necessary and I will be complaining about this, I started to leave and turned around to get the name of this lady, that's when she denied to give me her name, and the elder gentlemen took all of 2 seconds to answer my question.

I've never heard a good thing about CVS and now I know why. I signed up on line for a Covid booster and a flu shot. Accepted my 3:00 appointment then 30 minutes later canceled me for unforeseen reasons.I looked again for another CVS and saw the one on rt.70 that just canceled me so I signed up again for the 4:00 offered. Accepted my 4:00 and when I went in at 4:00, they couldn't find my name while 2 other 4:00 people came in to get their Covid boosters and they checked them in no problem. They told me to check the CVS on Stokes rd to see if they let walk ins come in. Forget it.........Walgreens for me!

My experience for corvid testing took 3x different appointments. . Ea time their computer was down and i had to reschedule ugh!Also I've been on hold 1/2 hour still holding...no one picks up.The website unfriendly I was rested 4 days ago and have no results..

The store itself is clean, well stocked, offers great coupons. The pharmacy, however, seems to have constant problems filling prescriptions on time. I've gotten texts saying my prescription is ready for pick up, only to arrive and be told there was a problem and they do not have it filled yet--this has happened numerous times. Most of pharmacy staff is not pleasant to deal with, or courteous. A little customer service goes a long way.

I got here on a normal basics. Today wasnt the same a female refused to wait on me because the color of my skin. She rather help others her skin tone then me. This was @ the pharmacy. The other guy working @ the pharmacy was rude and gave me the "stare" really it takes 15 mins when no one is in line to get a script. I tried drive thur and the same lady was there waited on the car in front then gave me the look and left. Really you see my car and you just leave and not even Ill be right back
