“Chris at Audio Video Concepts & Design came to my home several times to troubleshoot a very annoying problem with my audio video system. Prior to Chris coming to my home, I had several people attempt to fix the problem with my television disconnecting from receiver and no one was able to find the problem! Chris was very persistent and determined to find and remedy the problem. Chris found the problem and I finally had my audio video system functioning properly.

She would scan the items and SLAMS the items, and tells me to get out rudely. Thanks to the night employee, he's way better than that old lady.”
