Go somewhere else.When I rented a car from this location my biggest concern was getting a car that was 100% covered by my insurance for an accident I was in, that’s all I requested. I asked the associate 3 separate times to confirm if the car I was receiving was 100% covered by my insurance, each time I was assured it was. Upon return I got a $255 charge on my cc! When I called the store I got a “there’s nothing we can do to help, you weren’t fully covered”.The car they gave me was priced higher than what my insurance was going to cover. They had my insurance information so either the associate genuinely was completely unaware and not trained properly or just didn’t care to actually check for me.I’ve had called customer service 3 different times over the past few weeks about this and told someone would reach out, no one has.Be weary when renting a car fromthis location in Medford, they are not professional and the charm at the counter is just superficial.UPDATE: Sent email to the address requested below. Still no response. Stay away. Horrible customer service

Our vehicle had broke down right as we had to get on the road to get back to PA for work around 5 am 5/1. . After calling three other enterprise locations and advised no vehicles avail to rent at that time, we drove over to Metford office around 9 am. Matt G immediately assured us he had vehicles and could get me into a rental immediately. He had us in and out in less than 15 mins. The Chevy Equinox was a smooth ride and got me home in time to log into work for a few hours. If not for this location and their inventory, we were going to be stuck in Nj earliest that evening or next day.

Had a great experience only gave 4 starts because they should provide a full tank of gas this way every person who gets the rental starts off with gas and has to bring it back full. Customer service is great! Friendliness a plus. Car had little minor cosmetic issues but hey got me back and forth. Will return if I need to.

If you want exceptional customer service the Medford location is your place to go. And the branch manager Matt really makes this location stand out above the rest. When I showed up for my vehicle an issue with a third party site caused the car we requested to not be there. Obviously distraught (because we really needed a car) Matt immediately provided us with a solution that was better in every way possible. Additionally it saved us a couple hundred dollars in gas with all the driving we had to do, and we were on a really tight budget. I highly suggest this location and will most definitely be back.Thanks again Matt for your excellent customer service.

Super easy to rent a vehicle here. They gave me a 2020 Dodge Journey and when I got there, they had already it parked at the front of the shop, turned on, and ready to go. He said we could come back to change it for another vehicle if we wanted, but I'm happy with itEdit: Ended up deciding the Dodge 8-seater was way bigger than I needed so I called to change it out and within *minutes* I was in a beautiful new car :)Fast, easy, convenient. 5 stars all the way

I had an accident on a Sunday, Monday at 8:00 am I called Medford Enterprise. Matt was pleasant and sympathetic, they promised to pick me up by 9:00 am.tAt 8:46 I received a call saying Kurt would be picking me up in 7-10 minutes. When arriving at Enterprise I was told I was upgraded from the Honda CRV to an Audi. Kurt that picked me up was friendly and chatted the entire drive. At the shop Matt and Steve were super nice and extremely professional. All 3 young men were professionally dressed and my entire experience was excellent. They deserve 10 stars but definitely exceed 5. Edie Wechsler

This enterprise in Medford New Jersey is crooked. The employees are untrustworthy.Your are better off paying more money to go elsewhere.NE:we have tried calling your store countless times but none of your employees or manager will put forth effort to correct the problem.

I’m leaving a second review because I was again lied to yesterday. I received a call from the enterprise Rent-A-Car in Medford New Jersey and they promised that they would call me back yesterday, even if they cannot resolve the issue right away. I told them if I was not available to please leave a message and I will get back to them as soon as possible. I was verbally promised some type of status. I received no call and no messages from them. I’ve received no status. The enterprise Rent-A-Car in Medford New Jersey has ghosted me again. They lied again over the phone to me.As time goes on, the more untrustworthy these people prove themselves.

This store is very dishonest. They took advantage of my son with their toll department. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but there are HUGE ethical issues at this Enterprise Store in Medford, NJ.I do not recommend going here.Christopher, we’ve tried calling your store over five times to resolve the issue. The employees at your store are not helpful and do not care about us as customers. We feel they pulled a fast one on us and scammed us.Feel free to call my son Eric R. to resolve the matter if you want to do the right thing. Problem is you and everyone in your store wants to do the a immoral / incorrect / unethical resolution.
