Dr. Genovese is great. Office staff is not pleasant. Receptionist is kurt and seems to get frustrated if there has to be any kind of a conversation whatsoever, or if you're not sure how something works.

Hideously rude office staff that blames prospective patients for their complete and utter lack of communication that they are not taking anyone new. Hopefully they'll update their website someday, but for now, just stay away if you're not in with them already, because whatever your ailments, they obviously don't care. What a waste.

Dr. Cynthia Genovese and your staff ... from the time I walk in until my appt of close to an hour goes above and beyond what other GP's do. SHE TRULY CARES, LISTENS TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT HOW I'M FEELING. I walk in there sad & depressed and I leave there feeling GREAT! I pay cash even though I have insurance because I've been seeing her for over 12-13yrs and I will never go to any other GP as long as I'm alive ... If all Drs were as caring as Dr. Genovese and her staff maybe maybe in an emergency if they weren't there I would see another Dr. It's definitely a family friendly GP to go to.I Love You Dr. Genovese and I Love her assistants.See You Soon Then Dr. Cynthia Genovese I don't know what I would do without YOU!!.So Very Grateful & Blessed To have You as my Doctor

Gone to the doctor since I was 12 years old, she’s caring consistent and genuinely an angel. The new staff girls are also so sweet, know me by name and are always helpful! Thanks Raeann, Olivia, and kim!

Staff is the nicest I’ve ever come in contact with at a physicians office very professional and kind. The doctors are superb and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of to the best of their ability.

Im very glad that we met Dr. Genovese we have been going to her for years she has has always had excellent bedside manners and taken her time with our visits and taken very good care of my family and her staff has been more than helpful in getting the things I need done.

Dr. Genovese and her staff are wonderful she's helped my family for years a one of a kind doctor I would highly recommend her to anyone Dr. Genovese and her staff are very thorough they helped me through one of the toughest times of my life had a heart attack in March they’ve made sure that I’m healthy and hear from my family I would recommend them to anyone all her new staff are extremely helpful and caring.

I have been seeing Dr. Genovese for over a year now and she is the BEST!! I have never been so pleased with a primary care doctor; she really listens and shows she cares. I feel less anxious on a daily basis knowing that I have such a caring and intelligent doctor on my team. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. 100/10 recommend!

Had my first appointment with Dr. Genovese. Very knowledgeable and professional. She spent time with me reviewing my family history and made some lifestyle/dietary modification suggestions to help with my medical issues. Staff was polite and efficiently obtained my medical records during my appt! So happy to have found her!

I haven’t been to a Primary Care doctor in a few years since none of them seemed to want to help or even take a little time to listen. I will admit I was weary of trying another one but Dr. Genovese really impressed me! She took way more than enough time to listen to everything I had to say she was extremely helpful. You could tell she really knew what she was talking about. I would definitely recommend her!Her front desk staff was very nice as well! Great place.

The doctor deserves a 5 star review. Her staff is the reason for the decline.I had called and left a message two hours before they opened, then called 15 minutes after they opened and 45 minutes after they opened just to receive their voicemail.I stopped in since it was a time sensitive issue on and I was on my way out. They brought up the message I had left. So, they received the message but chose not to call me back. In my voicemail I ask for them to let me know so I can go to urgent care if they can't get me in.In most cases I would've liked to give them the benefit of the doubt but to leave a voicemail, call two separate times, and meet in person with someone whose interest in helping me was little to none, is not okay.Again, the doctor is great, just might be difficult to actually get to the doctor.
