I think this place was totally made for a good cause. I totally respect the fact they are letting the disabled work here. I walked in here this afternoon with two friends, my friend wanted to get a little something for her puppy. The inside is very cute, and everything is welcoming and nicely put. The only problem is, is that it is frustrating. If your looking for help in the store, really the staff can't help you. I was in there, and we saw a couple trying to find clothing or something for their dog. The man was getting mad because the disabled staff member was slow at helping him. Even some of the staff were stuck in wheelchairs, totally out of it. The place isn't HUGE, so it was taking up a big amount of space. An example, when we walked in, one of the staff had asked us if we needed any help finding things. We said no, we are just looking around. He seemed to get offended. You can't really get good help there. The non- handicapped staff encourages the handicapped to assist you, so it takes a bit. Also, this isn't the place to go if you are looking to "grab and go". It takes the staff about 8 minutes to wring you up. No shame on them, it isn't their fault. It's just that if you just bought a dog and your looking for legitimate things and you're in a rush, this isn't the place for you. They only sell bones and bows and toys for the most part. And from the time you get there and then leave, it could take half an hour. I do have to say though, every staff member had a smile on their face and seemed very dedicated. Kudos to them.
