“Laura Denneler was fantastic to work with. I am very pleased with the end result of the lettering that we needed for our firm's front door! I made a measuring mistake, and the letters were too big. Laura said "no worries". She measured and reprinted the lettering and was back out to complete our installation within an hour. Although I offered to pay for my mistake, Laura wouldn't hear of it. That's called "old school customer service" something the majority of businesses seem to discount these days. Not Signarama - customer service is top priority!”
“This place is great! I wasn't sure where to go to get a very old and frail blueprint of my house that was found in the rafters. I called and spoke to Anthony the manager and he said no problem! Bring it in! He said he has even seen worse than what I brought. The awesome staff and even put a copy on a thumb drive for me in case I can get a graphic artist to clean it up further. I was able to frame the print into a 24x26 frame to hang it up in one of the back rooms of the house. Price was extremely reasonable too! While I understand this business is for the more professional architects getting signs, blueprints and a lot of other services done, they took the time for this little job for me the minute I walked in without hesitation. Kudos to the ENTIRE staff there today and thank you so much!!!”

Have you found what you are looking for? 2. Can I help you in any way?I replied, “NO and YES”Austin then says, “Let me help make both of those answers yes.”Can I just say, that I have never met anyone with such patience, knowledge, and passion for their job? Austin made sure both of my answers were yes before I left Staples today. I was able to find the perfect office chair to fill my needs and fit perfectly for me. Not once did Austin rush me nor did he look bothered. He appeared to listen to all my needs and concerns and met each of them. Austin also offered me their 5 year warranty and the assembly package (which I purchased) I am a satisfied customer and will be visiting regularly due to this experience. Staples, we need more of Austin at your store. It's not about quantity, it's about quality, and Austin showed quality customer service to me.”

“Contacted this UPS store in need of notary services. They were very responsive and requested that I come into the location. They made me aware that I would need to bring the two witnesses required for the documentation however they also suggested that I could see if customers in the store could act as witnesses. Upon my arrival they were very attentive and kind as well as professional. I would highly recommend using this location for any Notary services needed.”

“There was inclement weather and the other local UPS stores all closed early without updating their voicemail or updating Google which you can do temporarily if you close early for the day. Very unprofessional on behalf of the other locations. This store remained opened and answered the phone when I called. They said of course they would be open normal hours until 7:30 p.m. Angela was extremely helpful and I thank them for everything they did to help get my package out. Even though this location is a little out of my way, I will make sure to use them in the future. I will be avoiding the other three locations that didn't bother to update their voicemail or Google.”
