I went in on Saturday with an amazon return and the employees kindly explained the customer packed code to me. They told me I could either bring something back or buy a bag. They were very respectful and showed me the differences so I would have everything prepared for next time. While this was happening the same situation happened to the women next to me and she was yelling at the employee that they were wrong. The man handled it very professionally and even though she was yelling he was very kind. I absolutely love this store and all the employees. I definitely recommend this store to everyone!!!

Best shopping experience of my life! The three workers I believe their names were Meghan, Alex, and Clint were all so helpful and kind in helping me! I would defientatly come back and especially for this group!

I was helping my relatives transfer assets which required printed and signed documents. 15 pages printed and faxed cost $32.00. It also took over 10 minutes to fax, maybe an old machine? Nice people but that is ridiculous. It did not require a notary, just print, sign and fax.

I’ve been going to this UPS store for about five years now never had an issue in the past. I came in today with A return there was a man at the counter who waited on me older slim, sloppy appearance, asked me to place the package on the counter moved it around and said what is this ?and I said it’s a return for Amazon he replied well we can’t return it in this. It’s in the product package. Do you know what a product package is? Let me explain that to you. It’s a carton of eggs is the product package and you have the eggs the eggs are the product we’re not gonna just return something without a proper package. You need another package to go over this just like the eggs can’t be mailed out by themselves. He was extremely sarcastic and rude there were a couple other customers in the store and other staff as well. I explained to him that I didn’t have a box that the package did not come in a box that was the box for the item. He said to me you need to go and read your instructions again, or we can read them together. If you don’t understand I have had enough and told him he didn’t need to be a smart ass and he replied. I’m not I’m just trying to make you understand since you don’t, I left brought the package back was waited on by another young man in the back younger and actually way more polite than his elder who had waited on me. I explained to him that it never came in a box that came in a paper bag with many different items in the bag was no longer available. It was torn. He said I would then have to purchase a five dollar bag from UPS. I was there several months ago and returned an item that wasn’t bagged at all. I don’t know if this is a new policy but I wasn’t aware of it regardless I purchased the bag Another rip Off and left it’s a shame that one employee can totally change my perception of your facility and shame on the Manager for standing there and just watching it all happen.

This was once a great store with amazing customer service, i used think they made returns so easy that I actually ordered more online. However recently I feel like the service has plunged lower and lower. I returned some things this past weekend and with the 3 guys in the store 2 on their phones and the third that was helping me didn't talk to me and just talked to the other two about concerts, the cost of them, which ones and if they were going to any of them. I no longer think positive thoughts about this location and dread going there. This is third time in a row have been met with subpar service.

this UPS store is the best location in the area. staff is always so kind and they work so hard. even when there is a line they are efficient and i've never had a problem with any packages i've dropped off to this location.
